Quickly has been in business in Pinole for awhile now. I been coming here since it open Pr-Pademic. Their Flavor Iced Tea is good. I love the Strawberry Tea either in Milk, Green, or Black Tea. I am enjoying the Mochi Ice Cream which is addicting. Before COVID-19 struck I been hanging out here nightly having tea or the mochi. I have not gone to other Quickly in the Bay Area lately (OK maybe I gone to Benicia a few times). This location is the place to be for Pinole Valley High School students to hang out at. I'm come here regularly for the popcorn chicken! The habanero popcorn chicken rice bowl is fire. Good flavor and packs a nice punch. If you're not used to eating spicy it will kick you. If I don't get that, I get regular popcorn chicken with fries, they have a variety of fries to choose from, curly, crinkle , tots etc. not a fan of boba but my kids enjoy it here. They have a variety of munchie food and a ton of drink options and flavors. They have games you can pick out if you choose to stay and eat. I've never had a problem with the service. read more

I really hope they can improve and actually take in what people say. I love that there is a quickly in downtown pinole, I patron their establishment! However, the many many times I've been, their service is always extremely slow! I'm unclear if the people working is inexperienced or inefficient or they just simply have to consider getting more helps (they have good business here!). It always takes at least 20 minutes to get the order ready here, regardless how many people they are serving! The last straw was we ordered 1 drink and 1 popcorn chicken..35 minutes and no chicken yet! This is after they assured us it was "coming" 15 minutes prior or 20 minutes after ordering (with only1 person ahead of us). I finally walked up and asked again and told her we've been here for over 30.minutes and the cashier walked to the kitchen and told us they were making it....I told her we couldn't wait anymore and wanted a refund. Sorry, but it's just getting crazier and longer to wait..and this was not the first time this happened..although it was the 1st time that I canceled my order and asked for a refund! My review is for the snacks only. I got an order of popcorn chicken, an order of tater tots and an order of mini-corndogs. Tater Tots were really good and a BIG quantity. Would def. get again. Mini-Corndogs. Eh, same ones you get in the store. Just alright Popcorn Chicken. Good, but the breading is SALTY, and I love salt.. Also, side-note, the chili sauce is not spicy. Just kinda regular. Orange sauce is your basic dragon sauce and not like a panda express sauce if that's what you're looking for. Whenever I choose quickly over any other boba shop in the area, it's mostly because they have a wider variety of snacks here. However, lately, the snacks have been disappointing. The crab Rangoon barely had any crab in it and the dough was undercooked but somehow the skin was also overcooked on the outside. Popcorn chicken is good, be warned that their spicy powder can get really spicy. The boba is just okay. I would give it more stars if everything wasn't overpriced. Each time my family and I have come here we've paid $70-80. I wouldn't mind, if the quality of the food and ingredients were better. Overall, the service is nice and the food is alright. It was HOT HOT HOT and Hubbers and I decided to make a stop for a couple of refreshing drinks to take with us on a trail walk. With the current pandemic, they really are strictly following social distance rules: mask prior to entry, only a certain number of people inside at a time, etc. I went for the wintermelon with honeyboba for one reason and one reason only: TO COMPARE. (I had it at another boba place and it is, by far, the most refreshing thing I've ever had.) Since we were the only customers at the time, our drinks came out rather quickly. The verdict? It was good, but sadly not as good as the one I had at the other place. It was also not as cold as I would have preferred it to be (that most likely would have made it better.) FOOD: Well... drink. 3. SERVICE: 5. Fast. VALUE: 3. As expected and not too far from the norm. PARKING: Street and private lot. Shared. Not an issue especially during these times. I found out about this place after one of my wife's friend brought one to her. I found out that they just opened a store near our home and decided to give it a try. First of all I didn't go off the reviews giving them low stars for slow service. Anytime you open a popular business it is always going to be slow service due to the staff being overwhelmed and still learning the business. We went on a Sunday afternoon and was greeted and served right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the large drink menu. We ordered the jumbo size since we really enjoyed the one had before even though it was a different drink. Usually this place has rude cashiers but this time these new employees are very kind with good service:) My husband and I go here pretty regularly and this time we went we were blown away not just by the service but the drinks as well! I'm not a fan of chain boba places, but finally this area gets its own boba spot that isn't just an addition to some other food service like tutti frutti or yummy yogurt. The past weekend, I've been here 3 times (don't judge me and family was in town). Every time I ordered a different flavor and the staff was never the same. Tiger milk tea (milk tea + thai tea) was the favorite of all the ones I've ordered. Watermelon + green tea was the second and the matcha green tea was the worst (there was still chunks of green powder!). I ordered all my drinks with clear boba (agar boba) which IMO is better than regular. Although not advertised, you can adjust your sweetness if you'd like. They also sell macaroon ice cream sandwiches. A super bonus is that they have daily deals that are usually a flavor tea with boba for $1.99! They have 2 tvs, 1 playing a movie and the other on music channel. They have a whole side with a huge couch. They also rent out games so it's definitely a great place to hang out and chill. First of all, I got the super size for the boba and they had little to NO BOBA in the entire drink and a very skimp amount of grass jelly. The drink itself was $9 and it was WAY TOO SWEET. The crab ragoons were 75% burnt and did not have a very good filling. One star is only for the popcorn chicken because they didn't skimp on the chicken, however the flavor was extremely basic and not interesting at all. Absolute scam, the whole order was about $34. After posting my review about their calamari, management apologized about the portion size and offered me free calamari for my next visit. She was really quick to reply to my review and made sure the issue would be solved. I haven't got the chance to come in to claim my offer until today. I can see that their portion sizes are much greater than the last time I came in and they were hot and crispy. I'm not sure if it depends on the cook, but my calamari tasted so much better than the first time I tried it. Average experience overall, sad to see they didn't have any of the flavors of mavens that I wanted but got a few anyways because I've been craving it.
