They should definitely have the same promos on their website. All three drinks had zero flavor. It was super light purple in color as well. There were huge chunks of ice as well so instructions were pointless. So we basically paid $23 for colored ice water. My kids use to love it here. And always ordered the same drink every visit. Usually the service and staff is very good! However, I came here for one drink today.. I ordered at self checkout, but the machine was frozen during the order.. so I reached out for this lady and she seems very annoying . After she took my order, I can feel the anger in her by she making very loud sound when she was making my drink. After, she left my drink on the counter without saying anything and eye contact. This is our first time coming back here for a while. We placed our order through the kiosk and got a notification that our order is ready for pick up 30 minutes after we got home from Share Tea. Also, one of our orders was wrong. We added an ice cream scoop on top and paid extra for it, but never got it. It was clearly noted on the order sticker on the container as well. We also had to wait a while when our order was already ready and waiting for us, because they never called out for us. The girl obviously lied to us by saying they just packed it when we already saw them packed it a while ago. She even didn't know where to get our order because she walked back to where they make the drinks and she looked like she was confused and didn't know what she was doing. It's not like the place was packed either, it was a Sunday afternoon around 5pm and there were 2 girls making the orders. We also ordered a Banana Walnut Cornbread which we also didn't get! Pickup for mobile orders always take too long. Ordered 2 drinks and when I came in, 1 was ready. It took 20 more damn minutes for them to make the other one. If I did not speak up, my other drink was not even lined up yet. Their reason was "an influx of orders"... I mean, why didn't they make my orders together? Sharetea is a great boba shop with an abundance of drink options. They have a Top 10 drinks list which is convenient if you're unsure of what to get. You also have the option to customize your drink in terms of sweetness level, ice level, and toppings. The inside is cozy and clean with a good amount of seating. There is also a TV for entertainment that the staff usually controls. Usually they play some chill tunes or an anime show (the employees have great taste)! The ordering process is straightforward--you give your order, input your number on the tablet to earn points for rewards, pay, and you're good to go. Sometimes it's packed and there might be a line, but it usually goes by quick and the order comes out pretty fast too. I'd recommend getting the Strawberry Ice Blended with Ice Cream and Mango Ice Blended with Ice Cream and Lychee Jelly. Those are great if you're craving something fruity and refreshing. Unfortunately, there aren't too many good boba places in Hercules. This Sharetea branch is not my favorite branch, but with limited options in this area, I suppose it will have to do. The milk tea is bitter (I consistently order mango milk tea, so it's not the type of drink). The one in Concord is better. My friend swears the boba is better here tho, so there's a plus. The staff are super nice and helpful though, which makes up for the tea. The place itself is clean and modern. It seems like it's a great community hub. read more

After finishing dim sum lunch with some friends, we were craving some green tea on our way back from Pinole. Sharetea is a mainstay for me and I decided to check out this branch. Strawberry Green Tea with Lychee Jelly: My usual go to fruit tea drink. I go with less ice and 80% sweet, which is the perfect combination for me. The tea and strawberry flavor was great for me. Boba is a hit or miss. This place was very good. I got the coffee cream and sis had the pearl milk tea. Added pudding to the coffee and it was great, had a nice sweet creamy and somewhat saltiness to it, although not sure if they put espresso shots or what but the caffeine level didn't seem too high. Hercules has limited boba options in the area and Sharetea is one of the best in the area. The drinks aren't consistent and can be watery, but sometimes they're pretty good! It's self service - you order the drinks yourself. I like the Okinawa and Hokkaido milk teas and the Kiwi Fruit tea. They're definitely on the sweeter side so I get them 80% sweet. The boba is a hit or miss but you can see how everyone else's drink looks before you decide to order that day or not. Hi Jeff... I am a loyal longtime customer and usually love the mobile service and experience I receive. Maybe I have become spoiled by the services that were available - like the order ahead (ready at 11a) and zero service fee - with the previous mobile service, lately I am not so satisfied. Since the adoption of Clover, Sharetea has started to disappoint me. I now have to pay a service fee for using my debit/credit card when there is no other option for me to select to pay ahead. Why do I have to pay for this charge when I am not offered any other options to pay? Gift cards are available to purchase, but I can not add it as a form of payment with Clover. When ordering ahead, I use to be able to place an order before the store opened (9:00a) to have it available to pickup as soon as Sharetea opened (11:00am). Now through Clover when I place an order before the store opens, my drink is never shown available for pickup before 11:30am. I went this morning at 11:03a to pickup a drink I ordered ahead, staff were in the front and no drinks were being prepared. The staff was sweet enough to make my drink purchased and did not make me wait. I GREATLY APPRECIATE the service, the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise it would be a 3 due to customer experience standards no longer being set as high as they once were. We got some drinks here last week and had a passable milk tea experience. Got the classic milk tea without boba 50% sweetness and less ice. It was fine, but I thought it could have used a little more flavor. I would probably go 80% sweet + less ice or 50% sweet + less ice + boba next time. The kids got the Handmade Taro with Fresh Milk and hated it. It tastes like real taro blended with ice and milk, but there's still plenty of chunky taro in it (cold soupy mashed potatoes is the only way I can describe it). Kids made the parents drink it - the texture is a bit off putting and the flavor was lacking. If you're looking for a traditional taro milk tea, this is not anything like that. read more

Kelenna Azubuike is one of the Warriors television commentators. On several occasions he has mentioned his gourmet cornbread, saying that Sharetea in Hercules--and now Fairfield--carries it. Not wanting to make a trip out to Hercules in vain, I called to make sure they had it in stock. Buike had mentioned cornbread w/ jalapeño and cheese. so I thought that was the only kind, but when I called, the sweet young woman patiently explained the wide variety of flavors. Some they were out of, but they had the Siesta, which is what I wanted. She mentioned one w/ ube, which I always like, so that intrigued me. I drove out to Hercules and easily found the shopping center where Sharetea is located. It's just a few doors from Kinder's. I parked in front and walked in. I brought my glasses so I could read the menu and order a black milk boba tea. I ordered the two cornbreads and when I looked at the menu I saw ginger tea and that was it. I could have it cold or hot and, given the chilly day I ordered it hot w/ oat milk, which was an extra $1.25. The sweetness can't be modified, but I figured since it was ginger I would love it whatever it was. All that came to $20 plus tip. She took my name and I sat down for a brief wait until they called me. I went to pick up my stuff and everyone was very nice. The man, who I assume is the owner, said he gets to taste all the flavors before they sell them and they're all good. I went out to my car and put the cornbread in the back seat. I drank some of the tea standing by my car and it was wonderful. I got into my car and finished the tea before leaving my parking space, it was that good. When I got home the cup went in the compost, the sleeve went in w/ the newspapers and the lid went in the other recycling. I expect I'll be back, probably combined w/ a trip to Kinder's. read more

As one of the few boba places in pinole, this place was busy on a Sunday afternoon. We waited about 15-20 mins for our drinks to be made. The tea strength was good and not bitter. The sugar level perfect. And even the boba was tasty and soft. So even though Sharetea was busy with customers, the quality of their drinks did not decline. We walked around sycamore in Hercules and decided to stop by this place for a Boba drink. We had their Thai milk tea and blended strawberry lychee with ice cream. You have a choice to have your scoop of ice cream on top or at the bottom of the glass. And also a choice of sugar of 80% or 100% Their blended strawberry drink tasted so good and once you mixed the ice cream and lychee's with the strawberry, you'll taste the flavor. You've to thoroughly mix the drink so that once you sip it, you have that mixture flowing thru your mouth. You'll taste the sweetness of the lychee and strawberry. Giving this business a 1 star solely because of their price gouging and greediness. It should not cost +$7 for a boba drink. They claim it's due to the new fast food worker CA law effective 4/1 that makes it so they have to pay their employees a $20 minimum wage however I think they just used this as an excuse to take advantage and overcharge their customers. There was first a price increase at the beginning of the year (as if that wasn't enough?) and then ANOTHER a week or so before 4/1, before they were even required by law to pay to their employees the new wage. Since you guys are following the law so well please make sure you guys are updating your menu as fast as you are gouging your prices. It's inaccurate and deceptive as your prices says $5-6 for a drink and then you get to the register and it says +$7 for a drink. That's the least you guys could do. read more

Sharetea used to be good when it first opened and then they changed their menu and it went downhill from there. The service isn't consistent and the wait time to receive your drink(s) is outrageous. It can take 20 minutes to 1 hour to get your drink(s) even if you ordered on the app. They need to revamp their system and bring in a Lean expert. I like this Share Tea. There's two lines, one where you can order yourself on a tablet if you pay with a Credit card and another line with a cashier for both credit and cash. I got the Mango green milk tea and Ginger milk tea and both were delicious. Both tasted fresh and I liked how the mango had little pulps/pieces at the bottom. Parking is easy. CROWDED. Blaming that on the long weekend mob. Hubbers said it's never crowded the way it was when we came through. I would have normally walked away but since we both kinda craved milk tea and had some time to kill... why not. Got up on the kiosk and put our orders in. I went for the matcha red bean milk tea. I clocked it and it took a little over 30 minutes to get our drinks. (Not exaggerating.) Again, that must have been due to the holiday crowd. There were also online and phoned-in orders. (Making a mental note of that should we come through again.) But I gotta say, every staff member were hustlin' behind the lines, so I can't really complain on that part. And I liked my drink. Not really a fan of beans but its sweetness and texture added to the whole taste. Still, I might skip that next time, though. The pearls, as always, added great texture. You would never expect to see a Sharetea in Hercules. I got to admit having a Sharetea in Hercules was the best choice for the city to have but located where traffic occurs in the afternoon next to Shell and Jack In A Box is insane. I have gone here when it gets crowded during sport's event. You would never expect lots of people watching the 49ers or Warriors game. This is the place to go to see sporting events. The drinks at Sharetea is OK. I do have difficult time finding what to order there. I am more into familiar drinks like Milk Tea with Strawberry or Blueberry but Sharetea doesn't offer it. This is a lot different compare to Quickly. Sharetea does catering. You NEVER expect a place like this catering events. I have seen photos from events that cater to. When Sharetea first opened, I was their biggest fan, however I believe their service just keeps continuing to decline. And by service, I am not talking about the service provided by staff but rather the way they operate. Being that Sharetea is the only boba place in Hercules, I understand they get a lot of business. However, as I write this review, I have already waited 30 minutes for my drinks. I understand if they are busy, but not only is it not busy, but I ordered my drinks online. When placing the order, it gave me an estimate of 20 minutes. Being that it is a Thursday afternoon, I thought it would not take more than 20 minutes. Was I wrong. I showed up around 20 minutes later with no sign of my drinks. After waiting about 5 minutes I decided to approach the counter and ask. The nice worker checked and told me it would be a few minutes. Another 5 minutes pass and I see 3 of my 4 drinks but other drinks start coming out that aren't mine. In fact, one person who ordered at the counter after I arrived got their drink before me along with a second online order that they didn't even start until she walked in but they still got theirs before me. I had soccer tryouts to go to so I decided to take the 3 drinks and go. As soon as I walked up the worker told me it would be a couple minutes. I told him forget about the drink because I was already late but a minute later, he came back with my drink. I ordered online so I don't have to sit and wait for my order but I feel like it is more detrimental. I believe they have no system in place to make sure orders are made in the order they were received. Otherwise, my 3 drinks wouldn't have been ready first while other orders came through. I also think that had I not asked for my order, they would have proceeded with making other orders before mine. read more

My friends and family like visiting here after being at the range or riding bikes. The ambiance is amenable to hanging out with friends, families, and steady couples. Sharetea is located in the area where the Shell gas station is at the corner of San Pablo Ave and Sycamore. It's next to Jack in the Box. Private parking lot. Gender neutral restroom. I took a chance and went on New Year's Day. There were only 2 customers ahead of me. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The line got longer as I left . I ordered wintermelon tea creama and mango green tea creama. I got mango green tea instead. The guy probably misheard me. No big deal. Both drinks were yummy. It was my first time to order a creama drink. I didn't realize that you're not supposed to drink it with straw. You use the tiny knife to make a couple of slits and drink it straight from the cup. I liked the sweet salty combination. It's unfortunate though that they didn't have a rewards card available at that time. I hope it's available on my next visit. I forgot to ask whether they allow dogs....if they do, more reason for me to go back coz it means I can walk my dog AND reward myself with a boba drink. read more
