That genuinely shocked me and made me question the cleanliness and safety of everything else in the store. What makes it worse is that I've also seen other people online mention mold and sanitation concerns involving Pressed products before, so this didn't feel like a one-time mistake. Another disappointing realization is that the juices are not even freshly pressed in-store the way many customers assume. For the prices being charged, I expected far better quality control and customer service. Being from New York, where standards and customer service are usually taken very seriously, I was honestly shocked by the overall experience. I will say one girl working a morning shift with glasses was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional, and she was the only genuinely positive experience I've had at this location. Unfortunately, one good employee cannot outweigh repeated negative experiences, and after what I witnessed, I will not be returning.

It a nice cafe and usually now with a baby we opt to take food on the go but it was nice and quiet so we ate in and talked and enjoyed our breakfast there. Overall it was a great experience and great food !!!
