This review is for the new Quick and Split on Centinela . The place was nice and clean. Nice parking lot. We've been following them around at different locations for years because they are just that good. I will have to say that the workers seemed young and overwhelmed. They were giving out wrong orders to people the whole time we were waiting for our order. In fact , our orders were 100% wrong and almost inedible because of putting cheese on a burger for someone with a cheese allergy. Not good. The burgers were large and the meat patty's were thick which is very nice, but all the buns were wet and broken apart on the lower buns. Onto the fries. The fries were always my favorite. They used to give big brown bags filled with fries covered in seasoning salt. Yummm. Now the fries come portioned out and taste frozen and no seasoning salt . Not good anymore. Hopefully they get more staff that can handle their customers and give out the right orders. Also hoping this is just working out the kinks being a newer location. read more

More people kept coming. I cancelled my order because there is no way I should be waiting 40 mins for my order! WTENITERHELL!! I was scrolling Instagram and saw they opened a new location and decided to give it a try. I ordered online so I don't have to wait forever for my food. When I get there the young African American lady who works the front is eating out the fry basket and walking up smacking. She was very unprofessional and really needs some training or be replaced. When my food came I was missing items, I was giving an attitude about it when I mentioned it. Now to the food, the burger had no taste to it, it tasted burnt on some parts of the meat, I don't recall quick n split to have charbroiled burgers. No season on the fries, the bun was cold, it was like they just pulled it from the bag. No lettuce at all. No lie I got like 6 French fries for me and wife combo, she had to give me her fries. I got pictures to prove it. Mind you I paid $63 for this. Please stay away from this location or at least give it sometime to improve. Don't let the fake reviews and paid instagram reels fool you.
