Super sketchy .... 1 dryer has been working only! It's been this way for months. Yes 1 dryer works. Half of the washers are out of service.

What happened here? Did the owner forget about this place? They only have like 3/4 dryers that work. Typically if you see 1 or two people here you will not get a dryer. Now you hardly see anyone in here. Before if was always packed full of people and always had an employee on duty. Unfortunately no one comes here anymore. This place unfortunately is conveniently close to my home. It's all too often their machines don't work properly and there is no help. If you call the number on yelp they'll never answer. Machine 20 has been adding water and spinning my cloths for 2 hours and when it said done it was soaking wet. The floor is currently wet because when i pulled my cloths out so came all the water in the washer. Last few time I had issues and they actually had someone come i never received my money back. I don't know who owns this place but it's definitely mis managed. Maybe think about selling it to someone who can manage it good read more

Good prices and nice sized machines but it is never open at 6 am like the website says. I try to get my morning wash done here but the doors are never open so unfortunately I have to spend my money at a more expensive laundromat. read more

My down feather comforter Burt in the dryer. Attendant said I should use biggest dryer. Then pulled out sheets and they are burned too! She pointed to sign They are not responsible for damages!!! Another load had towels I put dryer sheets in all but towels feel like sand paper. Do not come to this laundromat!!!! Beware your clothes will be trashed if you use these machines!!! I've washed in many laundromats and NEVER had this happened! They sucker. read more

Don't know what all the bad reviews are about, workers are ALWAYS HERE! Whether it's cleaning equipment or fluffing and folding. Washers and dryers are easy to use (I payed with card) and I would leave and come back and my laundry would be untouched. Great and convenient laundromat! read more

I put my clothes in the wash and the machine was not working, I later noticed an "out of order sign" in the trash. There was no attendant available so I tried calling their office number and no answer. The machine locked and my clothes was locked for an extra hour. Horrible business. read more

I have only written 3 YELP reviews and all have been positive until now. I have been to this laundry mat on 3 different occasions. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they have good parking for customers and that's hard to find in San Diego area. Today I loaded up machines, put soap in. Went to get quarters and both coin machines were empty. They took the time to write no coins on the coin machines but not on the front door so customers know they are out of quarters and most of their machines take quarters. Unfortunately all their machines don't accept cards. I was able to find other wash machines but I wasted soap and softener. Dryers are terrible, most don't take cards, dont heat up great and several are still damaged from a recent fire. There is no attendant or a phone number posted to call. Luckily someone had 4 quarters so I could at least start to dry my clothes. Now im headed over to Super Wash and Dry to finish my laundry. What a waste of time. read more

This is my go to laundry spot however since they remodeled 90% of the dryers don't work. You load it put money in and then nothing. Takes your money and doesn't start. It's nice that they offer fluff and fold however they should do this after hours.....People who have the time to do their own can not gain access to the few dryers that work. Extremely frustrating to wait for a dryer while the workers continue to hog the dryers for guests who are picking up in 8 hours. read more

My husband and I love coming here. It's a very clean laundry mat which is why it's a plus in my book. There are new washers and dryers, it's very spacious AND if you don't have change, you can use your credit/debit card!!! Five stars! read more

I am a regular on this laundromat. Today I sat on my car while my clothes got washed and a lady took out my clothes from the dryer. I asked Eli and she said it was a lady that needed it. However, they were empty dryers and others left unattended way before mine. Then I told Eli I was at the parking they should have told me before moving it. I'm gonna give it 3 stars because I've went once and the machines were not working to give out change and I spoke to some other customers and they said it's happened to them before. The laundry Matt is the nearest one to me it kept pretty clean I think just the location itself is not that great but it gets the job done. There is also a nice big tv great addition to the place. read more

Absolutely garbage. I've been coming in for about a year but they're now undergoing "construction" mostly for cosmetic reasons. Only 10 out of 23 dryers work. We had to sit with our wet clothes because it was a Sunday so it was too busy. Maybe don't open up the place until you get everything fixed? Also a lot of the washing machines don't work either but at least there was enough to wash. Took two hours to do two relatively small loads. There's spiders everywhere and the Wi-Fi is so janky. Also a couple months back I called and asked for fluff and fold only to be told they "retired." Now that we come back there's a new fluff and fold sign but if the service is as bad as the quality of the place, I'll never consider it read more

This location is run down and the staff Eli couldn't be less helpful and rude. She is always on her phone talking and when you need help with anything she blows you off to be on her phone. I tried to ask for a rag since my machine started spilling all the water out of the bottom and she just looked at me in the eye and then gave me her back. Having all the water spill like that was a safety hazard and she gave no mind to it. On top of that when I put coins in at the soap dispenser and it got stuck, I asked if she happened to have something I can use to get it out. Her response " I tell you and everyone it's your machine", I don't really got what she meant by that. Ended up washing my cloths in 3 different machines because they came out DRY and UNWASHED. Don't waste your money here poor customer service and faulty machines. read more

This was one of my favorite laundromats until they recently replaced some washing machines. I noticed my laundry didn't makes suds and then it started to rinse. I approached the female worker and told her that it didn't take my soap because it never made the suds. First she blamed me for not putting enough soap in the compartment, then she asked if I had put the soap and fabric softener altogether in the compartments at the beginning of the wash, which I replied yes. Then she said that the soap and fabric softener went in all together at the beginning of the wash cycle and that's why it didn't make suds. ‍ At the same time, a male had put money in a dryer for 32 minutes and when he checked on the dryers the one was not drying at all and all his clothes was still wet after 30 minutes of "drying". She didn't offer me any type of refund or credit but she did offer him $1.25. In regards to my clothes, can't assure that it was clean but I took her word for it. Time to find a new laundromat. read more

I show up this morning with 3 bags of laundry due to my washer and dryer in my unit not working properly one separated and labeled hang dry only and specifically told the employee to hang dry these. Get a call 2 hours later saying my laundry is done. I get there after an hour after she called. Pay and she hands me with a big smile on her face a bag of folded soaking wet mildew smelling clothes. What the actual hell. If i could give this less then a 1 star rating i would. Absurd I'd understand if she just didn't see the writing but i showed it to her as well as told her. Never returning for laundry services. Awful read more
