Or they're lying to everyone else and refilling bottles that say low sodium with normal soy sauce. The server was below average and didn't clear anything from the awkward table. She was trying but was just not very good. There is a mandatory 18% gratuity that I asked to change given the service. I wouldn't normally punish a server for the restaurant's short comings but she was bad at her job. I was told their payment system couldn't do this. I asked to speak to a manager.
