Not a fan at all. Stopped in on my way home for carry out. I have been to other Quickway locations before so I've pretty much knew what to expect. The shopping center is located in. Doesn't have any parking spaces close by, but I don't mind a little bit of a walk. When I arrive, there was not a line only one person in front of me so I was able to place my order quickly. I got the chicken hibachi over white rice with a shrimp tempura roll. When I got home and looked at my food, I was disappointed. The shrimp tempura roll was just the shrimp with the seaweed and rice wrap. I'm used to getting them at places that include cucumber and avocado. The chicken hibachi was pretty terrible. The chicken was chewy And stringy. The rice was very hard as well.. not sure if I got the end of the day food that I've been sitting for a while but that certainly what it tasted like. My roommate and I went here and it was horrible, my roommate had chicken bento box the gyoza were cold and over cooked, I ordered the shrimp and steak bento box and i ordered tempura shrimp 4 pcs. the steak and shrimp came out cold the rice was hard and lukewarm the shrimp tempura was really bad the shrimp were over cooked and tasted like the oil was old a total disappointment when we came in and placed our order it was taken quickly no one was in the restaurant eating a few minutes later several people came they placed their orders and shortly after they placed their orders they got theirs and mine and my roommates was not ready I had seen our order sitting on the top with other orders the other people got there food. Bit not us. this gave me the thought that the order was going to be cold. read more

Stopped in for chicken and shrimp with fried rice for dinner. This was very nasty. I believe they cook the shrimp and chicken and leave it on the grill. The shrimp was so over cooked and tuff. This meal was disgusting. The chicken wasnt to bad. I do not recommend this location. They need better cooks. I was so disappointed. There is another location in Pikesville, MD. Hibachi is a favorite of mine so when I saw this Hibachi spit opening near my place of work, I was excited. This is a casual quick food stop. ORDER: * Shrimp Hibachi with Fried Rice * The shrimp was grilled and cooked Hibachi style, served with rice (choice of steamed white rice or fried rice). You have an option of yum yum sauce which is an extra charge. * Tempura Shrimp * This is a side dish however I order this as a meal and ordered a side of steamed rice. I was hoping there was a meal option for Shrimp Tempura given it's typically an option at Hibachi / Japanese restaurants. I was able to improvise. Tempura batter makes you full quickly so Tempe side portion of 3 pieces was enough to fill me up. SERVICE: The service was good. This was my second time patronizing this establishment. Each experience was the EXACT same. The service was fast, and with a smile. The staff were all working and keeping things moving. I placed my order, the food was being cooked and my order was ready. I was in and out in under 5min. There were places to eat and eat, but I opted not too. Each booth, however, appeared to be clean. Looking for teriyaki or sushi, the food here works. The Bento box lunch was a good deal and I like the variety of foods in the box. The restaurant seats have no padding and get uncomfortable quickly. And make sure you get extra yummy sauce. Egg rolls were small, and do good dipped in sauce. No wasabi with the sushi. Service was fast. They have bento boxes so we got curious. The serving is right for the price but was expecting more as to flavors. We like sushi but I think for a fast Japanese food, it's expected to not get the best quality rice. Didn't finish the spring rolls but my kids liked the chicken dumplings. They forgot one of the dumplings in the bento so we had to ask for it. Overall, it was a filling lunch and I think kids would like them too, especially the chicken. read more

For fast hibachi, this place is so good! Dont get me wrong, the quality clearly isn't as good as if you were to go to a sit down restaurant, but for what it is, it's so good. This is probably the smallest quickway I've been inside, but it's more of a to-go place anyway! What we ordered: - chicken with double rice, no veggies - a side of noodles - double shrimp Highly recommend the double rice (or noodles) and no veggies. I haven't been to a Quickway where I'm not satisfied. This Quickway is in the new Owings mills location which is only 5 min from me. I hope I don't get in too much trouble coming here a lot. Lol. It's grouped with other establishments so there is a big parking lot and a nice eatery outside right in front of QW in case you want to enjoy your meal outside. I got one of my go to meals, chicken hibachi with fried rice and veggies. They are still following COVID protocols. Must have on a mask when you enter and they have every other table unavailable to use to keep a distance between customers. Service again is fast and efficient with a great taste. read more

Nice place. Wouldn't recommend for someone that is used to going to the restaurant hibachi. It is not even close to the same quality of food. i am reporting on my second visit to this place. the first time it seems that that give better service to people who they like. First time, the cashier stopped when I was next , and helped someone else. I thought I had missed something. This time I waited in line for my turn , and when I stepped up , the cashier didn't say anything, while twirling a piece of paper around her finger. I asked her are you ready to take my order? after getting her to acknowledge that I was standing there, I placed my order and walked over to the area to wait for my food. I was the only person waiting...when the woman asked me for my number . I showed it to her my number, and she stated I had to wait for my shrimp to be cooked, so I stood to the side. A female customer was called for her number , and the same woman asked her if she wanted extra sauce , and was considerably nicer than the reception I received. I was not asked if I wanted extra sauce , and the server seemed angry. I looked in my bag , and asked if there was duck sauce and the woman replied "what do you want" ! I spent $15.00 . I wont go back to this place again. There shouldn't be any amount of attitude that they displayed for a business that you are in for less than ten minutes. read more
