I prefer smaller restaurants to avoid crowds and eat without disturbing my peace. More personal attention too, as you get to know the owner and chefs and they remember you when you're back. They are also very accommodating with customizations, whether you want to add or remove ingredients, and they are always willing to adjust orders to your preference. Service is still excellent.
