Was a bit concerned because of a few of the other reviews, but decided to give it a try anyways. Got there around 2PM and was driving out with a free car wash by 2:25. Paid $25 and received no hassle or any hidden charges. It does clearly state on the website that older and larger cars are a bit more expensive. If you are in a hurry and don't want to spend a lot of money I highly suggest coming to this place. read more

I got recommended here by my friend tim and I shouldn't have wasted my time calling 10 other places before I decided to have Daniel do my smog check for me. He didn't try to add other fees (other places literally whispered "excluding certificate" when i called) and gave me a very clear quote over the phone including everything before I came in. I got my 2008 bmw 128i smog check for a great deal compared to the quotes i got from other places and it literally only took 15 minutes max. If you don't want to deal with shady people who give you fake low quotes, here is the place to go to for your smog check. When you check in you get a free express car wash but my cars lowered and I didn't want to risk the car wash rail damaging my car so they have me a decent deal on a car bucket wash. Found this great place that did smog for only $28 (the paperwork included) after I found a coupon online! I was tired of shelling out $60 for a smog every time I got the dreaded paper from the DMV. The guy who worked there that day was really nice and friendly, made side conversation with us and noted that my tires were so bald that he thought I was a racer or something. LOL. It only took about 8-10 minutes for everything to go though and I sighed in relief as this was the easiest smog I've ever done. The last one I did was a total nightmare! Brought my brother-n-laws car in for a smog check in hopes it would pass to get a title change. The guy working, not sure of his name, inspected the vehicle prior to doing the test. He informed us of a spacer that was placed in between the 02 sensor. We are grateful he informed us of this so we can speak with the person who sold us the vehicle. This place is in the middle of Route 66 car wash so it's easy to spot that way. The owner is very easy to work with, and frankly it's the cheapest smog place I've found. I paid $30 to get smogged so you really can't beat that. This service technician in this establishment is polite and the testing in our case was quick. My only gripe about this place is that they have a $21.75 coupon (+8.75 for cert) on their website to bring you in to the business but once the test is complete you are presented an invoice for $35. The explanation given was that coupon only covers the testing not transmission of the test to the DMV which is fine BUT neither the coupon nor the website states that there will be an extra cost for that item. I know the difference is only $5 but it leaves you walking away feeling as though either the employee or the business is being disingenuous. read more

There is a theory that exists out there, which states, "the best deals are always found in the least expected places," and this place is definitely going in my book as one of those legendary places. First, and foremost, the hospitality of the technician was of the utmost quality. He was very kind and understanding regarding the many questions I had to ask due to my highly inquisitive and analytic nature. Every point of inquiry he took head on and addressed with a direct and meaningful answer. There was no sense of frustration in his responses, nor was there any roundabout general answer. Instead, he tactfully and clearly explained everything. Secondly, the price was very reasonable. I had taken the liberty of scouring the nearby area, as well as the ever expansive internet, and found that they had the best deal. Granted, the deal was initially applied to small cars only, but upon further analysis it was determined that the price for the SUV category was still the best that I had come across, which was important since my car was a 2001 Mitsubishi Montero Sport. Overall, this place deserves many accolades and appreciation. A small, yet organized infrastructure is quite challenging to maintain in order to maximize efficiency, but this place seems to be able to achieve such lengths in easy strides. After this great first impression, it will be difficult to ever think about going anywhere else for my smog check services. This place is truly a treasure worth taking note of in your book. While searching for nearby Smog Check shops I found Quicky Smog here on my Yelp app and called in and after reading the check in offer details I was quoted a price. My car is a '99 Toyota so it was a bit more. BUT STILL CHEAPEST IN TOWN from the other places I called. I got to Quicky Smog around 4:55 P.M. and they were closing up but was greeted respectfully. They opened the garage door just for me. The worker did the job and was in and out very quick with my paperwork already filed with the DMV. As a avid user of Yelp deals & Groupon, it always helps to read the fine print before using online coupons. I knew to look past the bad reviews from people who got amazing deals. Excellent and fast service! What more could you ask?? I only used them twice since you only need a smog test once every two years, and the test only takes less than 15 minutes. Anyway, my car did not pass the smog test since I got my car fixed earlier in the week due to the o2 sensor; so the catalytic converter was not ready yet, but i didn't know that at the time so I didn't pass the first time. The guy, Ezekiel(?), instructed me to drive it more than 100 miles and he will retest it. (Btw, if you fail the first time it's $20, then the retest later will be the remaining cost of the service.) I drove it 200 miles, took it back in, and still it wasn't ready! So I kept driving till it was near 350 miles and it was finally ready and passed! :) FYI they can do a check to see if your car would pass or not before actually performing the smog test to save $$$. The only downside is there isn't much of a waiting room...but there isn't much of a need for a waiting room as the evaluation was literally 10 minutes. This is the second car (1-Tundra, 1-Avalon) smogged at Quicky Smog in Glendora. Both times the technician smogging my vehicles was Daniel. Daniel is very professional and nice. Daniel is extremely efficient. On my most recent smog (Tundra) Daniel had one older truck in the shop and had me pull my up to the garage door so he could do both of them at once.
