We were visiting from North Carolina and attending a 90 year-old birthday party for a relative. We needed a place close to Killingly CT. Went searching for a place to stay, it was summertime in New England so prices were extremelyhigh and the places weren't that close. I found this Inn with high reviews, so we gave it a shot. What a great choice! The rooms are very clean. The outdoors were kept up very nicely and the owner was so polite and kind. Room cleaned each day with clean towels, etc. One thing that surprised my husband was he actually encouraged us to fill our cooler with their ice, most hotels these days won't let you do that. Came in from across the country for a dog event. Was very pleased with my stay at Quiet Corner Inn. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The WiFi was easy to connect to and was reliable. There was a lot of available TV channels including some premium movie channels that made it nice when it was time for me to unwind/relax. (I do believe this was the best available TV channel selection that I have had at a hotel/inn.) There are good restaurants very close as well as a large shopping store, which made it easy to stock things in the room refrigerator and make use of the microwave as well. If, and when my travels/adventures bring me back to the area, I would definitely book my stay there again. read more

Manny, the owner and receptionist is outstanding. He's very helpful, professional, and went out of his way to help me in regards to my personal needs. My room was clean, and the environment is beautiful. The location is close to Walmart and other shops. The location is close to Rude Dog Boxing Gym (I'm a true and competitive boxer), and it's in close proximity to gas stations, stores, etc. I would strongly recommend others to make reservations at the Quiet Corner Inn. 5 stars out of 5! read more

The owner, Manny, is very nice and friendly. I met his wife too and she was very nice! I loved all our communication with them because Manny was very nice and answered all my questions. We were able to check in early because we were going to an event. The Inn was very clean and well kept. The room was a lot bigger than I expected it to be. It included a mini fridge and microwave too. It's in a perfect location, right off of rt 395. I really enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again or recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the Quiet Corner of CT. read more

My husband and I had a wedding to go to in the Brooklyn, CT area, so we decided to stay at The Quiet Corner Inn. It was the perfect choice. The two women taking care of the Inn Lisa and Meghan were warm, friendly and very accommodating. They said to call them if we need anything and they meant it. We got to our room and were incredibly pleased to see how impeccably clean the room was. The king size bed was very, very comfortable along with the pillows provided. What a little gem, a step up from your basic hotel room! I got a back room and it was deliciously quiet The water was nice and hot, spacious room, and wonderfully clean! The bed was comfy, slept solid and woke with no back pain. Solid doors, cameras everywhere outside adding the feeling of safety. The sink and hair dryer is conveniently place outside the shower and toliet. Smart! Bet a woman designed that aspect We were here for a wedding. I would book this place again! Oh! This is a nice clean place . Stayed one night had a wedding 10 min up the road at Stonehurst at Hampton Valley. The room had a comfortable King bed. Refrigerator microwave and coffee. TV with plenty of selections for channels. I would recommend it space Dunkin' Donuts right up the road. read more

My boyfriend and I catered a wedding this weekend, and wasn't in the mood to drive almost an hour and half back home, after the reception. So a few days leading up to the event, I searched for a place to stay over night. The timing between kitchen time and check in wasn't going to work, and they only did late check in until midnight. I called the night before to see if it would be possible to check in an hour earlier, and the person who helped over the phone was their housekeeper Megan. She said she would make a not to clean the first out room, so we could check in at 1pm instead of 2 - which was also the kitchen time at the off site wedding reception, 15-minutes away. The room is well kept, and the ac was blasting when we got there. A huge plus of a really hot day! We got to meet Megan and another worker named Lisa. Very friendly women who are extremely cordial, and answered all of our questions with a smile! As with my last post, the town of Brooklyn, CT is a place to consider visiting if you're in the area. read more

Beautiful little motel and surprisingly nice room! I believe the Room that I stayed in was one of their newer rooms and it was a nicely done. Extremely clean and great service! They don't have lotion and hair conditioner however the Walmart is only a block away so the convenience is excellent. read more

We were looking for a place between Providence RI and Lebanon CT, and this Inn was perfectly located. The price was reasonable and the rooms was clean and neat. There was a microwave and mini fridge in the room, along with a small coffee maker (Kuerig in the office). The bed was comfortable ( kind of high if you're vertically challenged, though) and the TV was a good size with lots of channels. There are plenty of choices for food close by ( we went to Hank's restaurant and Classic Pizza ). We couldn't hear any noise from the neighbors and oa small amount of road noise. The owner was very friendly and helpful as well. Our only real complaint would be the water pressure in the shower! Really not much of a problem- we enjoyed our stay and would go there again. read more

I was weary of a "motel" like Inn initially but because of an event nearby I booked a room here. I was placed in room 128 which was around back and very quiet. The room was nicely maintained, clean, aesthetic and comfortable. I was pleased with the service of both the office and the cleaning staff. The location is next to a Dunkin' Dounuts and nearby to other common stores that could be convenient such as Walmart and CVS. I agree with the many great reviews that I saw online ranging from Google to Yelp to Trip advisor. We needed a restful, quiet and inexpensive room for the night on our way to our vacation in Maine. This place was super clean and cost about as much as filling up my car with gas the next morning. A lucky last-minute choice. I needed a room at the last-minute in this area but the only available places were 2-star hotels: I took this one because it had the best reviews and am very glad I did. I was put at ease from the start at the office. The owner was genuinely friendly and respectful and made sure he got me registered and directed to my room without any delay. I found he had transformed the typical roadside motel room with beautiful (artistic!) color combinations and simple decor, good firm mattress and plenty of pillows, clean and fresh smelling bed and bath linens (no hint of cheap detergents), flat screen TV, small working table and chair and fast Internet service. Having a refrigerator and microwave were a bonus for me because I prefer not to eat out. And, although the motel is on a busy commercial strip (everything within reach if you need to shop, eat out, etc.), the noise from the outside did not penetrate the room. Americas Best Value Inn in Brooklyn CT might be a "2-star hotel", but it is the nicest one I know! read more

Best Value in area. So glad I found this great place! Rooms are all newly redone modern and very nice. Everything in new condition, and very clean and bright. Wifi is free and a dunkin donuts is in the same parking lot and they have wifi too for a backup. Manny the Owner/Manager knows his business and cares for his property and customers. I lived here for 2 weeks. Has a fridge and micro iron and board, hair dryer and flat screen TV. Did not have a coffee maker but DD is right next door as well as the Bakers Dozen, etc. so good coffee is everywhere. No laundro mat here but there is one right down the street. Great Location. Close to Hanks Restaurant Johnnys Pizza, KFC etc. Ocean State Job Lot and New Walmart very close. Just Past Friendly Bowl on the left. Avoid King's Inn, trust me! I could not sleep 1 minute there! Why suffer there or pay too much in Dayville, when it is a simple drive to this nice clean comfy safe reasonably priced Properly run Motel. 5 stars for Quality and Value. read more
