A deer ran in to my Toyota Tacoma....I was directed to campus collision by my insurance company....I was in immediate contact with them and made an appointment for appraisal....that accomplished, I made an appointment to bring the truck in for repair the following Monday, due to their full schedule....I was told it would be 5-7 working days, possibly more....I arrived at 9 a.m., dropped the truck off, and received a call Thursday mor I g that I could pick it up about noon that day....so, a total of three days at the shop and it was ready.... I went to get it, and it looked beautiful....they'd even washed it after working on it...the repair was fantastic...such a good job...and, everything was so easy....Gail was in touch with my insurance company and the car rental company, and I didn't have to do anything...they are a well-oiled machine and definitely know what they're doing....I highly recommend them and send my deepest thanks to Chris and Gail for their hard work and their expertise....it made a difficult situation as easy as possible for me....thank you thank you thank you.... read more

Today I came to campus collision with a minor emergency. I'm visiting for just the day and dumb me hit a curb. Popped a couple clips out of my bumper. I called and they rescued me!! The junction of the front bumper and side panel of my Subaru Forester had come "unzipped" following a snow/ice collision last winter. With winter approaching, it was time to bite the bullet and get it fixed. I had an estimate from another body shop for ~$2,000. This afternoon I went to Campus Collision for a 2nd estimate. A couple of guys looked at it, then said, "Let's see what we can do." In ~2 minutes they had it securely back together. Hmmm. $2,000 vs $0.00. Which to choose?? I referred someone over there and Mr. Zeller at campus collision greeted My friends and their business with abrasiveness and rudeness. Woman in office is VERY unfriendly. Cold, distant, and rude. And at one point someone backed into my car and I went to 3 places to get estimates and theirs was highest by nearly $2,000. And it was fairly minor front end damage. They just wanted a ridiculous amount of money. And the sign is a joke. It's extremely difficult to find them. read more

We took our Jeep Cherokee in for body damage and received a great estimate. Not only that, Leroy at campus collision was very polite and explained everything that needed to be done. My husband and I cant thank him enough for the great service and for great communication with us while dealing directly with the other insurance company. Chris is great! A very nice guy and does great work. Unfortunately, I've had to bring my Dodge Challenger to him twice. It actually got hit twice in less than 2 weeks - and right after I just got it back the first time from Chris. LOL, at least it got hit in the EXACT same spot. These guys fit me in for a bumper replacement on the day that I called. They did really quick work and even charged me 100 less than the first estimate I got elsewhere. Im not one to complain much but I took my car in after my rear bumper was ripped off by a semi. The staff was great to deal with up until the point I got my car back and the paint on the bumper had appeared to start pealing. They said bring the car in and we will need it for a couple days and we will fix it. The problem with the bumper was fixed. Now right above the bumper the paint on the body is chipped now which was not like that prior to bringing the car in. I mentioned this to them and they said it was already like that (which it was not) when I brought it in and refused to correct the issue. You would think after going to a body shop the paint would not be pealing in the area they worked on shortly after the job. I guess this is why the other shops I called had a waiting list to get in and they were able to get my car in immediately. I certainly do not recommend them! read more

This place is so wonderful! If you need work done to your car, look no further! My roommate hit my car in a fluke accident and these guys were so amazing! I needed a quarter panel replaced and scratches on the door taken care of. I took my car in on Monday and I was hoping to have it back by Friday afternoon for a wedding I needed to attend in Tucson on Saturday. Not only did they get it done on Friday MORNING for me, but they did an amazing job and were so friendly. I really appreciate how trustworthy and understanding these guys were. I should have planned a better week to take my car in, they did not have to rush to accommodate my bad planning, but they did! The car looks amazing and the cleaned interior made for a super nice touch! I'm taking the car back to have the molding out back on my car that's fallen off over the years. I HIGHLY recommend you stop your hunt and just take your car here! read more

Chris and his guys do incredible work! I first did business with them about a month ago when my front bumper lost a battle with a rail at my apartment complex. Long story short, Chris was honest with me and didn't push me to pay for any services I didn't want. He had his guys put a new headlight and popped the dent out of my bumper in less than 24 hours and charged me less than I would have paid anywhere else. Just yesterday, I was hit by a speeding SUV as I was making a left turn. I came in right away and not only did Chris remember me, but he had the dent popped out the very next day at no charge because of his loyalty to me as a customer (not to mention the fact that you can't tell at all that there was any previous damage). In short, these guys are good, honest mechanics who treat their customers well and appreciate continued business. I hope I never get into another accident while living here in Flagstaff, but if I do, I know I have a regular team of mechanics who are happy to have my business! read more
