The staff seem content with their lack of efficiency and customer service, never even giving a apology when you get to the window. I've even had a time when they "closed" over an hour before the posted time and wouldn't take any orders but their lights were on and they were inside in the office (you can see it from the drive thru window), laughing and watching some video on their computer screen. When I honked they yelled at me, "we are closed" and gave me the "throat slitting hand language". Now, the good part....the food is usually, amazing. The beans and cheese are usually phenomenal.
