Came here 7 times before I stopped was going to be my main and only gas station. 2 of those times I…read morewent to the bathroom and for some reason the guy was at the bathroom door to check on me when I came out like he was suspicious I was stealing something. The main reason I stopped was I came in for a freal shake. The machine glitched out so I got a worker. He fixed it and for some reason decided to just select what kind it was without even asking me and you can't stop it because it goes straight up to the blender. So I put it in a second time to try and get it to what I want but I guess it doesn't work like that and was filled to the top overwatered. So I make a second one for what I wanted and tell him I'm not eating that other one I didn't want it like that I don't know why he'd pick for me that's like going to dairyqueen for a shake and they just give you a concrete and wanting to charge them extra because the worker was wrong. He argued hard about how I needed to pay for both. Finally I convinced him that I was paying for and taking only the one I came here for or I was walking out and not paying or taking either. When I paid for some reason it was $8 and I had got two there before and I didn't remember ever being like that's expensive and asked him if he charged me for 2 and he said no. Later I looked it up and freals cost $3 or $4. So I'm pretty sure he secretly double charged me. I never went back again. This was late 2023 or early 2024 I waited until I moved back home to review.

Conveniently close to base, which is great when you need a quick snack, caffeine boost, or a late-night taquito you'll regret but also kind of love. We asked the attendant a question and they were super kind and helpful--shoutout to good customer service in unexpected places! You can pick up Amazon packages here, which is a win. Just don't show up with a huge backpack--there's a sign on the door about no large bags inside. Pretty sure that's a theft-prevention thing, which is understandable but a little inconvenient if you're just passing through. Felt relatively safe overall, though the stream of people walking in and out is... let's just say colorful. Definitely makes the visit more entertaining. Nothing fancy, but solid and reliable. 7-Eleven, doing what 7-Eleven does best.

I've been shopping at this store since it opened. In addition to buying cups of ice here 2-3 times…read morea day, I buy everything from gas to milk when I run out and don't feel like driving to Walmart. Today I stopped in for a cup of ice and did my usual, handing the cashier exact change and telling her I'm just getting a cup of ice. She was just finished with the only customer in line, but usually I'll do the same if there's a long line. Nobody has ever told me this is a problem for years of doing it 2-3 times a day. Today though she decided it's a problem and, instead of politely asking me not to do it anymore, she raises her voice so everyone in the store turns to look. She says, "SIR, I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF A TRANSACTION! YOU DO THIS TO ME EVERY DAY!!" I responded as I walked to get my ice that she could have simply asked me not to do it anymore without being so rude about it. I got my ice and started to walk out the door. She was standing at the end of the counter talking to this heavy-set, bright red haired, off-duty employee, who I guess is some sort of supervisor, telling her that I do this every day. I said, "All you had to do was say something without being a rude bitch about it," and I walked out the door toward my car, which was parked in the closest handicapped parking spot. The off-duty supervisor followed me out the door like she was going to become physical with me. She was yelling at me like a wild animal. I turned around and said, "Who the EF are you talking to you fat pig?" She actually said, "I may be a fat pig, but I bet you'd like it if I sat on your face!" I can't believe how lacking these people are with common sense customer service etiquette. Both of these employees need to be fired, and the store management needs to be changed. She told me I'm not allowed back in "her" store. I laughed as I drove away. The sad thing is I used to enjoy shopping at this store. I'll make the extra trek to Casey's from now on.
