The coffee kicked in and I needed to find a decent restroom. This QuikTrip delivered. Clean, well-stocked, and easy to access without any hassle. It was exactly what I needed at that moment. After that, I circled back for another round of caffeine. This time I went for their nitro cold brew and it was a surprise in the best way. Smooth, bold, and packed with flavor. It had that creamy texture without any milk and a kick that felt stronger than expected. Really good stuff. One thing gave me pause. The sign out posted in the lot said "15 minute parking" and that made me second-guess lingering. I have no idea how strictly they enforce it but I decided not to test it. This was a good stop with many options for eating and drinks. The restrooms were fairly clean. I did like the fact that they had a security guard which they needed because the areas seem to be just a bit rough. There were several people roaming the parking lot and even outside on the road as we were pulling into the lot. read more

I've lived in Atlanta for about seven years now, and QuikTrip has always been my go-to store. I started visiting the one in Gwinnett County near the truck stop off the access road--great store, friendly staff, and excellent service. Everywhere I've gone, the QuikTrip team has always been bright, welcoming, and full of good energy. I love that signature "Welcome to QuikTrip!" greeting--it really sets the tone and makes your day better. However, my recent visit to the QuikTrip on Panola Road in Decatur was disappointing. The cashier, ZeeZee, was not friendly at all. She seemed uninterested, didn't greet me, and gave off the impression that she didn't want to be there. It was surprising because QuikTrip employees are usually upbeat and customer-focused, which is part of why I choose this store over others. Her attitude ZeZe really stood out--in a negative way--and honestly almost threw off my day. The only positive moment from that visit was a gentleman outside pressure washing--he was cheerful, friendly, and gave the kind of positive energy I've always associated with QuikTrip. I travel all over Georgia and stop at QuikTrip locations frequently because of their great service and clean facilities. But this particular visit did not reflect the high standards I've come to expect from the brand. 3 stars only because of the location, which is needed for a QT. Now, i've never went inside this gas station since it's been built. I notice traffic always comes through this QT and it's not crowded like other QT's. In other notice that will make this star drop is TWO times my card info was stolen from the gas pumps. Somehow, swiped my card at the pump... then 30 minutes later someone using my information in downtown Atlanta trying to get gas at "Pilot". $45 After that happened, I stopped the swipe and don't use those outside pumps as skimmers being placed on the pumps. read more

I'm a first responder for work and I visit this gas station all the time. Their regular workers do great but the security team here is probably the rudest people I've ever met. They act like actual police officers with no badge. They walk the around the store looking to harass people who just simply park in their lot. Do better! read more

Worst maintained QT bathroom I have ever been in. Cannot tell that the toilets have been cleaned, overflowing trash, trash on the floors of the stalls, stuff in the sink...If the bathrooms are not clean then I would not trust that the roller grills are properly maintained, the fountain drink heads cleaned regularly, the counter around food and drink areas not properly wiped down. read more

The sketchiest QT. You get approached every time by people asking for money, trying to sell you t shirts, knock off hand bags, or proposition you for sex. If it weren't for cheap gas and it's on the way home -- I'd avoid at all costs. Twice I couldn't even get in due to the all of street racers blocking the drive/pumps and cruising through bumper to bumper (dozens of them). Not getting gas or buying anything, just cruising and hanging out. Surprised the cops don't do anything about it. It's a shame because QT does a good job maintaining the location, the clientele and solicitation just ruin it though. read more

Best around, but extremely busy. Would be top notch for them to get some security to help with the lines and the panhandlers! You'll have to wait a few minutes before getting a pump, but it's not bad. Just be sure to lock your doors when you get out to pump because the panhandler are pretty aggressive. read more

Pretty standard Qt right off of I-20. It can get crowded and the bathrooms are smaller than other QT locations i've been to. Staff are always friendly, you can stock up on decent snacks and gas here always seems to be priced lower than other locations. The only downside about this location is its location. It can be a pain to get out, even though there are four exits. read more

I can't believe I have waited so long to post a review about this particular Quicktrip. Yeme T is right...this place is like a straight up NIGHTCLUB. I swear I feel like I need to be dressed up and have a cocktail in my hand whenever I stop here to get gas anywhere between Thur-Sun night.... I go out of my way to avoid this gas station when I am on this side of town on the club nights. It is so annoying. I found myself stopping at this QT alot because this is my mother's side of town and this was right down the street from the hospital that she was in. I always like to stop for hotdogs, and a hit of sugar from the pastry section of the store. Nevertheless the staff is still professional, and it is very clean and organized. So I will give it 4 stars. read more

Wow this QT was super busy! But it's huge so it can handle it. I didn't have to wait for gas since all of the pumps we're in working order. My phone charger died so I went in to buy one, and I guess that had happened to everyone over Thanksgiving so there were only 3 left. 2 after I left lol. The cashier was very friendly and personable and the store was spotless. Overall I had a nice experience here at this QT, and I would stop here again. read more

Always been some of the cheapest gas on this side of town. Beware though... any QT in metro-Atlanta is known to be busy 24-7 but this one in particular is known as Club QT! I'm not sure I've ever driven by and the lot not be packed out with lines of cars trying to maneuver their ways in and out. This is what sometimes makes it an inconvenience. Certainly large enough, with tons of pumps, but again... if you're not used to the wait for gas or just simply aren't in the mood... I'd advise you head down the street to another station. read more

I run in, in the am past the "old guy and retiree" crew, to grab my Raspberry Cappuccino and receive my morning greets from the early shift.
