My go to gas station when I'm in the area. Cheaper than Costco on most days, excellent pricing on crappy gas station food inside the convenience store, friendly customer service, they even boast a "Safe place" for those that are seeking refuge from abusers. For Arizona, or just southwestern United States in general, you need to have coverage when you turn off the engine. Your car will literally start to heat up. Luckily this QuikTrip like many has full ceiling coverage, so while your car still heats up (this is Arizona after all) at least you won't boil by the time you're done filling up on gas. As far as inside offerings, I'm not one to to typically talk up convenience store food, but if you're short on time, they do have low-cost offerings inside the store, there's even a whole section on their website on "QT Kitchen" which offers a selection of items like sausage biscuits, pizza, hot dogs, etc. Plenty to go for. All in all, it's a gas station, and for Arizona the prices are competitively low and the service is good. Overall the customer experience is emphasized. What more can you ask for? read more

I'm so upset half of the foutin drink were out and the cashier asked if we got a frozen drink. She told us they cost a different price but it was clearly marked the same as the soft drinks. she told us they were different n was extremely rude to us about so we proceeded to throw them in the trash an get a soft drink so we were not over charged. Always been a fan Quick Trip is always a great gas station to refuel, as well as freshen up and who doesn't love the soda fountain station and multitude of snacks. I have to admit I am hooked on the soft pretzels from the QT kitchen, I always seem to find myself ordering a fresh hot pretzel before I leave the store. Cheap gas, ice cold drinks, and snacks. I usually have a wonderful experience at this QT. I go out of my way to shop here rather then the Circkle K acorss from my house. I actually stopped shopping at Circle K for many reasons; one because I love how the service is, two the selection of items, drinks, and now the kitchen and beyond all of that the purification of water/ice of fountain machine. I told QT even though I love shopping at QT. ... the milk is so expensive. Quick trip charges $4.59 @ gallon and Circle K always has them 2 for $5. Well I decided to just go ahead and buy milk at QT last night which is $4.59 per a Gallon at QT and I got 2 gallons. The next day I wake up give my daughter a bottle, make a glass of Complete breakfast for myself and notice something in my glass. I IMMEDIATELY emptied the glass assuming the glass was dirty. Then poured a nother glass and I didnt see anything right away but sure enough a bunch of floating white pieces... like hunks of sour crream. Now by this time my daughter drank her whole bottke and was saying her tummy was hurting. I called Qt to explain my situtauon and say I didn't even want to try the other gallon. The Associste cut me off stating... "That''s impossible, all our milk goes from cooler to cooler. " As if to imply I am lying. I felr so insulted. I couldn't imagine treating a customer that way, especially one like me. I go into this Qt, among many others, multiple times a day. i also have a big family and they all have converted to Quick trip. I Could even understand if I had been rude or intolerable on phone. NOT THE CASE AT ALL. I didnt even veg thr chance to ask for a refund or really finish talking before he cit me off,over talkrd me, and I said before it seemed like he accusing me of lying or something. I am going to go down there now. I hope they just give me my money back. I wish i had the associates name. The call ended so quick I wad asking for his name and the dial tone was already there. I am in customer service and have been for 16 years.... That is NOTgood customer service. I hope the associate is talked to because I would hate to have some other person go through what I did. Once again, any QuickTrip I visit, I have a pleasant experience. The staff is always speedy and friendly! The facility is always extremely clean and stocked with products. someone was smoking in the restroom before I went in to use the restroom, while I was doing my business, I was screamed at to get out. i wasn't even allowed to wipe myself or wash my hands.... i understand the laws. i work in a dispensary. i understand the protocol, but there's a way to speak to customers and that's not it. especially in making the said customer feeling it's because of them and feeling like they're to blame. very disappointed in the customer service. usually I don't have issues at this location. read more

Stopped by to pick up some soda and ice on the way to a birthday party. I bought 4 12packs and two bags of ice. A store full of male employees and not one of them offered to try and help me carry my stuff out to the car. On top of that, I stood there waiting for a while before the cashier even acknowledged me. When he did, he went and helped the other person who came in line after me first. My eight-year-old son was the only one offering any kind of help. At the very least I guess the employees were amused seeing me struggling to carry everything out to my car and making multiple trips with my two kids in tow. Thanks for nothing. read more

In my job we stop at QT quite often on the way to our job site. One of the reasons is because the restroom is usually clean. Not at this location. I usually order something from the kitchen and they will make me pizza with garlic butter instead of pizza sauce (tomato allergy) but not this location. I will definitely avoid this QT in the future. read more

I'm not one to review a convenient store. QT is my favorite gas station and Ive always gone out of my way to stop at a QT before any other chain. They always provide fast service, have clean facilities, and a well lit parking lot. I supposed I've taken this level of service for granted and have never written a review of praise. But my recent experience has prompted me to write a review. I stopped in just a bit ago to fuel up and witnessed a transaction between the manager on duty and an upset customer. A rather large man was wanting to purchase alcohol and the manager on duty refused the sale. Why did he refuse the sale? Well, the man was obviously intoxicated and a danger to the public. This smaller manager refused the sale and stood his ground even when the customer became upset. He calmly explained to the customer that he's obviously intoxicated and it would be irresponsible for him to make this sale. The man left very upset. Great job and way to do the right thing! read more

If I could give this Quiktrip 0 stars I would. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had in a convenience store. There was nothing convenient about it. Quiktrip is supposed to be fast with phenomenal customer service. We paid for 4 bags of ice, and the entire freezer that holds ice was empty. We went back up to the register to ask for the key to get ice from the freezer outside, and the guy at the register stood there with a blank stare, so I had to explain there was no ice in the freezer. He was completely incompetent so I went to ask the guy that was busy making coffee for the poor lady that complained that there was no coffee in any of the coffee pots. He said he would go and make us 4 bags of ice. While we waited for this, I ordered a breakfast item at the QT kitchens, and it took forever for her to make, the dude that ordered after me got his way before me. The guy at the register didn't bother to stamp that I had paid for the breakfast, so why did I even pay! The food was disgusting by the time I got it and was able to actually eat it. I ended up giving it to my boyfriend who eats anything, and he wouldn't even eat it. According to him it tasted like craft singles and over cooked eggs stuck together in a cold tortilla. On top of that, a few bites into it, there was a big white animal hair in it. Needless to say there is now an uneaten burrito sitting next to me on our long trip up to our camping site. At least they couldn't screw up my Neuro water because it's pre packaged. The worst part of the whole experience was that none off the employees seemed to care or respond when I was loudly voicing my complaints. read more
