Need receipts for car wash and they NEVER have paper at pumps to get printed receipt. Always have to go inside and stand in line! My suggestion is go someplace else as they don't care when u bring it up to them! read more

The cashier working on October 19, 2025 on the shift at 2:37pm on a Sunday when I walked up to the counter the cashier was on her phone texting and I stood there for about a minute and then I show her the SRP M power app code to add money to my account she then proceeded to muffle under her breath No how are you? And among other things. she scanned the code and said how much in an snarky way then proceeded to snatch the money out of my hands. Then told me im good. I just walked out shaking my head saying that's crazy. Hey if you don't like your job simple quit. Nasty attitude nasty service. Lucky I wasn't in the mood argue with a circle employee. lmao read more

Cashier was so rude he was yelling at us for asking questions! The guy next to me had a fountain drink it was 1.08 the guy couldn't figure the Machine out he told him learn English follow directions cussed him out and when the customer started arguing back the worker yells claiming how he's a "man" no one talks to him like that then yells for his manager , his manager comes out looks like he's scared of him doesn't say anything helps the guy and the guy leaves meanwhile I ask a question he's still yelling being disrespectful , I bought 3 gatorades for $5 , 2 waters sopposed to be $4 total was $ 16 and change he proceeded to tell me to do the math and fix them right on the scanner ! (This was my first altimeter ever using the machine thus was absolute chaos this place needs to be shut down, stay away ! You won't catch me there ever again read more

Pay attention to the prices in the store went in to buy some Pure Leaf Tea and it had a red sales sign 2 for 4 went up to the sales counter the clerk noted me to use self checkout the price rang up as $5.38 and the was with my phone number entered for the rewards the clerk went to the door and saw that it was 2/4 then rang up them and put his number in and it still showed $538 and told me that's the price I'd have to pay I told him no if there's a different price shown you must honor that price he eventually lowered it to the correct price I guess that customer service is not a priority with this company and by the way the clerk after giving me an attitude over this wanted me to give him a good review after he lowered the price to the correct amount read more

Holy Moly! I was here one evening, parked across the lot after getting a box of donuts. My phone sometimes takes a bit to navigate home. The next thing I've heard was sirens and once I looked away from my phone to see where it was going, there you go! Emergency vehicles rushing to this Circle K. Thank God! I didn't need to pump fuel that night, because I was just there few days ago and stop to get gas, but once I saw the over flowing trash out of the garbage can and being so dirty, I left real quick. I remember it clearly, they ended up putting caution tapes everywhere and no one was allowed in the premises. A homeless person came out of this circle k and said not to go there, because someone just died! Supposedly, this homeless man tried to save or try to interfere between two other homeless that got into an altercation and started stabbing each other...My jaw dropped and I took a different route to exit the plaza. The customer service here was rude and very unprofessional manager named Jacob. No wonder why there's always homeless people hanging around here and its truly scary to go here when the manager let it happened and lower himself just like everyone else in it's surrounding. You represent the establishment you are working for and this is how you show your customer a reflection of yourself and thats just plain petty. Pumps always say "Please pay inside." Frequented by homeless beggars. The ground is sticky the moment you step out of your vehicle. Graffiti all over newer pumps. 16 pumps with an average of 2 out of service. Tremendous amount of people parked at a pump and not pumping gas. I guess that's because you're forced to pay inside since the pumps don't work. Overall I recommend QuikTrip or Maverick before any Circle K, especially this one. read more

Poor customer service. I came in June 22 and one gentleman working was wearing his face mask around his chin, exposing his mouth and nose. The woman behind the counter processed my debit without asking me for cash back and when I pointed it out her response was "You didn't ask." I replied "Usually you ask." Purchased a car wash at the gas pump to find out the machine was busted. The cashier was so wushu washy about giving a refund and only gave us the option to return in a few days and try the wash code. Was told if the code didn't work they would give refund. Returned today to find machine still busted and the cashier refusing refund because of different day purchase on receipt. Follow up request to see manager during weekday between 5-3pm..kind of inconvenient with people who work. read more

This is a nice location. 16 gas pumps quite a lot. They even have an area to the side of the store with 6 tables with umbrellas. The area is lit at night. Clean. I called and asked if they had ice because Walmart was out. Mel was super friendly and able to tell me yes and the price immediately. On arriving here the worker Mel was interacting with some customer she knew and their kid saying hi so enthusiastically, saying she wanted to steal their kid and then on their leaving telling the kid "love you!" Idk just seemed like a really friendly and nice place to me. read more

Slow checkout. Cramped. People weaving around to comply with social distancing, but that fails because they end up blocking shelves waiting in line. This was a great store a few months ago when it was a Valero. Now that it's Circle K, it's like any other Circle K: dirty, under staffed and the ones that do work there seem to hate their job, And in typical Circle K fashion-they do all their shift work in the busiest parts of the morning. There no option for no stars so let's begin. This morning I was grabbing my stuff and I also have adhd really bad(focusing on not dropping anything). The "manager" Ryan or how ever you spell that joke name is the most disrespectful guy I've ever seen. While holding on to my stuff this man way to get my attention was yelling and waving his hand 5in from my face. How could you disrespect someone like that????
