Everything about it just feels right -- the vibe, the people, and especially the food. You can tell they actually care. The staff is super welcoming and generous, not in a forced way, just genuinely good energy from the second you walk in. Food-wise, they don't miss. The honeycomb with cream cheese inside is insane -- sweet, rich, and something you don't really see anywhere else. The Dubai chocolate latte is a must-try too, super smooth and indulgent without being over the top. The beef samosas are perfectly crispy and packed with flavor, and the chocolate pistachio croissant is easily one of the best pastries I've had in a while. Honestly, every time I go I end up trying something new and it's always solid. You can tell they put real thought into everything they serve. Definitely one of those spots you keep coming back to.

There's the coffee (of course), features teas, small selection of breakfast items. Plus, lots of options to look at beautiful art (gorgeous gallery) to jewelry pieces and so much more. Not to mention they have a monthly calendar of events & entertainment that's featured here too! The owner was extremely helpful in filling us in about this place & all it has to offer. I ended up getting the toffee nut latte & my daughter the ice vanilla latte. They have different options for milk and I went with coconut which think it made my drink very bitter unfortunately. My daughter did whole milk, hers was better but could still could taste a slight pungent flavor. I'd have to say we were both not a real fan of their coffee. The atmosphere here is pretty cool. You can shop, sit inside or out. They do have a restroom that was really retro. Would say the outdoors (backyard) could use some good maintenance crew cleaning. It was a cool experience, but probably would not be worth our visiting again.

Atmosphere 5/5 This rating goes beyond the Stead Fast Coffee Shop itself, it also reflects the theme and vibe that you get when visiting East Mark's Stead Fast Farm's. The coffee shop is quaint with country charm. The shop displays farm based products produced from their farm or partner Farm-to-table local growers. Once in the shop you are teased with the aroma of fresh brewed coffee. This is an example of marketing genius and played well to my week in the knees affection for fresh brewed coffee. My husband and I enjoy kicking off our Sunday close to the opening hour at 7am. We eat a delicious breakfast option inside first. My husband orders a breakfast sandwich while I don't just like but LOVE the avacado toast. If available, we take our coffee and sit outside on the patio. The coffee is full bodied and delicious. My husband is a hot mocha guy. They have ice water at the front and in their spacious backyard seating area. It is a dog friendly destination. We enjoy seeing the wide variety of furry regulars. There are free treats for them. The service is consistently friendly and on top of their game. They really know how to move a line but you never feel rushed. They offer a points/ reward program for purchases which is always nice. When I asked my husband about cost he said it is so good he didn't even look! I checked our transaction history. For both of us including tip it was around $44- very decent in this day and age for such high quality. What a gem in Downtown Chandler!

My friend and I both ordered mediums with 75% sweetness, and it was the perfect drink for a hot, humid summer morning. Sweet enough to feel like a treat without being over the top. We also ordered matching bagel sandwiches. I do wish they offered a turkey bacon option, but the sandwiches were still hot, fresh, and delicious. The real star was the mayo aioli. I could probably put that on just about anything. The vibes are wonderful too. It's cozy, welcoming, and the kind of coffee shop where you want to linger with a friend for a while. My only critique is the layout of the front room. There always seems to be a line, but there's not really a good place for it to go besides in front of the entrance and the water station. It turns into a lot of "excuse me" and people weaving around each other. It's definitely a good problem to have because they're clearly popular, but I hope as they continue to flourish, they're able to expand into a larger space or rethink the flow a bit. Either way, I'll absolutely be back. Just save me another coconut brown sugar latte.

You can buy bags of coffee to take home, too. There is a case with donuts and pastries. I love that they have some colorful earrings and tumblers for sale. The person at the register was so nice and helpful, making sure to go over all our options with us. This place was a burger king in it's forever life, but all of the old signs of plastic booths are gone, and that have been replaced with wooden tables, industrial metal chairs, a bar height communal table, and a leather sofa/chair conversation area. I love the beamed ceiling and the mountain scene made in wood on the wall. We ordered an iced turtle mocha and a cold brew. Both were delish. I never drink black coffee, but the cold brew was so good I would drink it black. We also ordered roast beef melt, panini style, and the ham and Swiss melt, also panini style. Both were yummy. They were each served with a pickle and a bag of chips. There were several people working on laptops when we were here. They even have a printer available which is a huge plus for people here working. There were several rainbow flags and even a rainbow themed drink of the month, so this place is definitely lbgtq+ friendly. This is a great little spot, and I certainly see my self returning.

However, I was met and left with a bad taste in my mouth. No pun intended. The female employee (short hair/glasses) was not the friendliest person, even after I tried being overly nice. I don't know if she was having a bad day or just hates males in general but not a good representation of a place I was eagerly awaiting to try. I first asked if there was a difference in drinks from what was on the menu and up on the board above. She answered snarky, "if it's up on the board and on the menu it's the same" Mind you, one said latte and the other did not, hence the question. I opted with what I normally get. She took my order and then while looking down, stated, "2% milk okay" I said sure then asked if whole was available. You would've thought I had asked for her to go milk the cow and bring it back. She was very annoyed, so I said 2% is fine. I paid for my coffee then stood and watched her began preparing it. I saw her add one quick pump of syrup so I said, could I maybe have one more pump. Again, you would've thought I was about to suck them dry of all syrup. She seemed annoyed and looked at the register and began to say what I assume was they charge for extra, so I quickly said never mind. All in all I was disappointed with my interaction. The coffee was good and the wrap was okay but I dunno if I'd go back.
