Our customer had an oven cooktop that wasn't working even though it was brand new and never been…read moreused. LG sent out a tech to look at it and saw that mice had gotten into the machine and chewed the wiring harness. And that they would repair it after pest control had dealt with the problem. So I called B&B and they came out. We removed the cooktop from the range and they were able to uncover a mouse nest inside. Right away Bob said that this is huge health risk to the homeowners (Hantavirus). Unfortunately he said that due to the damage caused by the infestation, the oven was essentially dead. So the bad news is, they have to buy a replacement oven. But the good news is that B&B were quick and honest in the evaluation of the damage and potentially saved the homeowners from serious illness or death. Kudos to B&B!

My dryer stopped blowing hot air and then died when I tried to reset the fuse. She called the day before to remind me of the appointment and the window he'd be there. Greg called on his way over to let me know he was coming. He was able to reset the fuse and clean out the vents, which was preventing the dryer from heating the air. All of this he did while explaining what he was doing because I was watching. Now my dryer is working again and he only charged me their flat rate service charge seeing it was more of a maintenance job. He was knowledgeable and polite.
