When I had a problem with one, however, the owner did not follow up when requested and instead I was treated very poorly over a simple misunderstanding related to delivery. I had two experiences which Whirlpool washer I purchased four years ago, First one is about the door lock, error code was E01 F03, I looked after the solution by googling and YouTube. That thing was not easy when you encounter first time, I called them the service, Bob came in same day, he fixed for me, I paid because, the time was just passed the warranty period. The second time was happened just couple of days ago. This time was not the door issue but about the drain pump which is not working. I called them, and they scheduled me next day, then they ordered the pump and fixed the next day, it costs me about two hundreds which include the cost of service and the pump. I called the other service center for the repair, when I was waiting. They said, they will charge me $99.00 even though there is no repair. So we called B &B who have been providing us with excellent service for nearly 15 years (and we're up in the hills). The best part of working with Bob is his ability to communicate clearly. When something goes sideways we troubleshoot it over the phone. On our end, all we have to do is give Bob the correct model and serial number for the machine in question and he'll tell us straight up front if the machine is too old to be repaired, or if there's a problem getting parts due to supply chain issues etc. Once the parts come in, Bob and Bob arrive promptly at the scheduled time, and with seemingly minimalist precision install the part(s), check equipment performance and were good to go. When they arrived, they quickly opened the fridge doors, saw the condensation, and without any further evaluation or listening to my description of how long the condensation had been an issue, told me that I hadn't been closing the fridge doors fully, and it was my fault. I have had this fridge for 12 years and have not had this problem, yet they insisted that I was wrong and just wasn't closing the doors properly. After they left, I wiped down all the condensation and left the fridge securely closed for 15 hours and guess what-- when I opened it the next morning, all the condensation was back. To add to the situation, both repairmen kept insisting I was too anxious, and one even gave me an unsolicited hug. To say I was shocked is an understatement. They were pushy for their $140 service fee, and my husband and I paid them cash but immediately regretted it. Since then we had a real repairman come by who diagnosed the problem after quite a bit of investigation. I have called them several times and left messages, but my calls have never been returned. I have requested my money back, also no response. I would avoid them completely.
