He had the highest ratings in the Dover area for pediatric dentists. We were not let down in any way. Don't get me wrong, my daughter screamed like crazy. She didn't want to open her mouth at all even though all they were doing were counting her teeth. The dental hygienist and doc were extremely patient and made the experience go as well as it could. If we were not moving, we would be repeat customers. I highly recommend Dr. Louie for any pediatric dental needs.

They called and cancelled my appointment unless I paid for the entire thing out of pocket because they had not been paid yet by my insurance companies. I can see paying the out of pocket portion but in this case it was zero. They know they're being paid but refused treatment. Never have I ever experienced this at a dental office and as much as I like the doctors, the business practices are trash and are not customer service friendly at all. I won't be going back once I finish this procedure that was already billed.
