He and his employee removed it and failed to cap off a pipe properly, which dripped all night and caused a flood in our house. We had to hire water damage experts to put huge fans into our house for 3 days to dry the damage in kitchen, dining room and basement. We had a clogged kitchen sink, and could not resolve this issue on our own (using a manual snake,…read moreetc.); so we took a chance and called this plumber for the first time. Carlos and his team were professional, knowledgeable and relentless when dealing with this stubborn clog; which turned out to be 25 years of garbage build up. When the clog did not break-up with their electric snake; Carlos had no other option than to cut our PVC pipe, in order to remove all of this build-up. The clog was getting hung up in one of the elbow turns; so he replaced it with a T, so that if this ever happens again (hope not), the removal of anything should be a lot easier than what he originally experienced.
