Talk about disappointment. This is the worst quiznos I've ever been to. People that work here don't speak English. They have the worst customer service. They made the grossest sandwich I've ever had. I'm not exaggerating. The sandwich had hold stinky deli meat. All of the toppings were wrong. THEY DID NOT WEAR GLOVES! I was just grossed out by the whole experience. Pros- worker was fairly nice. Order was mostly accurate, and we did not get food poisoning. Cons- only one worker for a busy lunch rush, women's bathroom was out of service, incredibly overpriced ($15+ for regular sandwich, chips and drink), food was mediocre for Quiznos and restaurant was very dirty. Every table had crumbs and trash was full. It seemed like they were taking every possible opportunity to cut costs. Will not be back. read more

The food isn't made to the guidelines for each sandwich. You might as well be prepared to make a custom sandwich each time you order unless you order online. If I ask for a bistro steak melt they don't know the base ingredients that come on it which are listed on the menu right behind them. I was charge $3 for extra sauce which was in a small cup. Not the friendliest when you walk in, which is not good service. They also are not always working the hours listed on Google. They close early often or are not there. I understand that issues with help and traffic may cause a restaurant to change their hours, but managers should know that most of us look them up online. That means you need to change your hours on busy sites like Yelp and Google. After driving to Quiznos and finding them closed, it will be a long time before I choose to go there again. read more

The owner is never happy to see customers. Never greets. Never smiles. Overall she doesn't want to work and serve her customers I guess. She should just stay home then. Closing at 3 PM on Sunday. The location is open, requiring a mask for entry. They did allow seating inside, but only 2 tables of 2. The maximum capacity store is "4-5". The sub was okay, I would have liked a little more meat and toppings. The bread was cooked so hard, it crumbled as I ate. Went in for lunch today. I've been to this location several times, as we have a lot of jobsites in Plainfield. Another customer ordered a sandwich and discovered the sandwich had something he didn't like on it, when he asked the owner if he could make him a new sandwich minus the ingredient he didn't want the owner refused without re-charging him the full amount of the sandwich. As the guy walked away from the owner giving him the finger, which admittedly might not have been the correct way to handle the situation, but it was an off the cuff reaction and I can understand the owner pointed a knife at the guy and told him "I will cut your finger mother fucker." The owner is a rude and disgusting person. And I told the other guy to keep calm, as he will certainly have the last laugh when this Quiznos goes away like the rest of them. read more

Very great food and very nice people working here. I'm in from out of state staying at a nearby hotel, stopped in for lunch from the airport and the food was very good, there seemed to be several regulars in the lunch crowd that the workers knew. Absolutely dissatisfied with my experience today. The Quiznos app is beyond broken from not being able to customize an order to downright crashing. I went to redeem a reward for a combo upgrade ($2.50 worth...) at the register and it didn't recognize it. They would not honor it even though once you redeem a reward you lose it if not used!! $2.50 will now cost them my business!! read more

I used to enjoy coming to Quiznos several times a week up until about a 12-18 months ago. When I came in before, they would have my order ready and be very polite. There has been a change, in the people working at Quiznos. Staff is not very personable now. I asked for cranberries on my order, was told I had to pay $.49 extra, and then I only had a few cranberries put on my sandwich. I asked for more the man was rude. I ordered the traditional which was about $10 and I can't believe that the man was so rude to me for asking for additional cranberries. I've had enough of it. I will never come back here again. Where's the meat? I ordered a traditional which comes with 3 types of meat. There menu should read turkey sandwich with a hint of ham and roast beef. That's what I got a good amount of turkey and 2 thin slices of ham and 3 small pieces of roast beef which that only covered half of my sandwich.
