Absolutely HORRIBLE I made an online order directly from Quiznos website and when I arrived to pick up my order the restaurant was completely closed 30 minutes early. When I called to inquire about what was going on. I was given a very flippant response advising that they closed early and there was nothing to be done despite the fact that I had already paid in full for my food. I have called back several time to get a refund and have not gotten any response from management or ownership. In an effort to be a contributor to the resurgence of this chain, I'd like to review this wonderful example of Quiznos and help spread the word of one place to cop an excellent Sammy. As some of the younger folks may not know, Quiznos is an institution and has been around for eternity. Unfortunately, due to some extremely questionable marketing choices and investment flubs, Quiznos is all but defunct at this point in time. I used to go as a kid and I lived for the angus sandwich. Savory, sweet, with a depth of spice that you just can't get at any other chain. Served in a perfectly baked rosemary-Parmesan bread, it's absolutely unbeatable and craveable. More than a decade later, I can tell you all that it's still EXACTLY THE SAME. That bread is monumentally good, and the meat is so yummy. It's a must-try. I also love to get their avocado bacon thing, it's so so good as well. They have tater tots now, which is, like, what? So random. I loved to pick up a caffeinated vitamin water with my meal. But the reason why this particular store gets 5 stars, y'all, is because of the service. Once I was a regular here, I was treated like royalty. I worked at the amc nearby for a couple months and during my time there, this Quiznos was the highlight of my day when I had a chance to go there. I am so sad there isn't a location near me, but I do fully intend on stopping by next time I visit the Business Costco down there. Viva la Quiznos! read more

Screw my husband's two star review. I like this place. Let me tell you why. Seafood sandwiches. Their seafood sandwiches are always so tasty. Like I never walk in and think eww stuff went bad. It always smells neutral or like a tasty sandwich. Their little twists on Maine Lobster sandwiches are always so good. Whenever they have a lobster sandwich speical, I try to order it. For cheap lobster sandwiches they are delish. Notice I said cheap, foodies. The sandwiches, while not my favorite- that goes for another franchise, are pretty freaking good. Not a fan of their soup. Sorry. Service is always great. The staff is always so polite, pleasant, and hardworking. If you need a quick cheap tasty sandwich this is it. read more

I haven't been to a Quiznos in probably 15 years. When I saw this location, I knew I had to stop. Quiznos was always one of my favorites! The people working were incredibly friendly! It seemed like they had some regulars because almost everyone that came in, they said hello to them by name. The sandwich I got was so dang good. Just like I remembered! I've had some mixed experiences coming here to get food. For the most part, their ingredients are solid and their sandwiches come out hot and fresh. But as others have noted, there are some serious issues with their customer service and pricing practices. On my most recent visit, we ordered three sandwiches. It was like the guy wasn't even listening to us because he wanted us to request the bread first, not the sandwich style. So you didn't order a "Black Angus on Rosemary Parmesan". You had to ask for a 7-inch Rosemary Parmesan, and then request what you wanted on it. I also noted that they were quick to wrap up the sandwiches right out of the toaster without asking about vegetables. It was a bit annoying, but I was in a hurry and let them get away with it. The one thing I did balk at was multiple price differences. Two of the sandwiches rang up for more. The guy made some BS excuse that something or other cost more, even though we had no add-ons and the menu clearly listed different prices. It was less than a buck and I had the other family members with me, so I proceeded to buy them, otherwise I would have walked off and left the topping-free overcharged sandwiches with him. read more

Absolutely superb service. I haven't been to a Quiznos in well over 10 years, but I was certainly not expecting to be blown away by the superb service at this location. I can't speak highly enough for the sole employee, pictures here, who went above & beyond to make our food amazing & ensure that we were comfortable and had all we needed. He is obviously VERY passionate about making great sandwiches, and takes very seriously the customer experience. I rarely ever travel to the Houston area, but I am going to make an intentional effort to visit this Quiznos location every time I do henceforth because of this man & the experience he gave us. 10/10. read more

This is just a meh sandwich shop to me. The 4 inch subs are not enough for an adult like me and the 7 inch subs are decent but really won't hold long. I'm not sure if it's the meat/veggie ratio to bread that's making the sandwiches here not hearty and wholesome, but I will have to say that other sub/sandwich shops are way better. The salads haven't appealed to me at all and I could do better building my own at home. The subs I've had here were also burnt as you can see in the pics I've included. I'm not super picky about chain shop bread but come on. The service is also sub par at this location, which kind of seems aloof in the plaza. I don't plan on going out of my way to return unless I'm already in the area and hunger strikes bad. Sorry Quiznos, we're not the right match. read more

I never thought I'd be reviewing an everyday sandwich place but Quiznos deserves it. My job caters from here once in awhile and the quality has been amazing. I highly recommended their peppercorn steak, chipotle turkey, and black angus sandwiches. In my opinion Quiznos and Panera Bread are probably the two best places you can go to for a sandwich. Unlike Subway, jimmy johns, which which, jersey mikes, etc. Quiznos sandwiches succeed in 3 important areas where many other sandwich places consistently Fail: 1. They give you a decent amount of Meat, Cheese and Veggies for the price. Their footlong sandwich is actually a footlong. So you get your money's worth unlike subway. The workers here don't skimp on the food you're paying for unlike subway and other places. 2. Extra Meat & Cheese isn't super expensive here. Maybe like $2 3. Way better Meat & Cheese quality so it taste much more flavorful then all the other sandwich places you're used to. They have a variety of sauces that push the taste to a whole different level. Only thing I can recommend is that they Market themselves better. The location I go to is by Fountain Lakes, it's probably been there for years but you don't even notice it because the sign is so small and not noticeable. I've going to that area for years and just noticed Quiznos a week ago. Quiznos as a whole needs to market better because they are probably one of the best sandwich places. They give you your money's worth, don't skimp on the ingredients and have quality ingredients. I hope every location of Quiznos takes notes on this! read more

Haven't been to a Quiznos in many years. Went in this afternoon for lunch and it was just as I remembered. I ordered a Turkey Sub which was fantastic. It was packed with turkey and fresh vegetables. The lady who helped us was so sweet. She explained every item that comes on the sub to ensure we received exactly what we wanted to eat. Now that I know this Quiznos is here, I'll need to make it a point to go back more often. Fantastic service and fresh ingredients make for a superb lunch read more

For a quick sandwich, soup or salad stop this Quizno's hits the mark. I've gotten a few orders to go and each has been correct with yummy food and friendly service. My favorite meal to get is the Apple Harvest Chicken Salad. I am so addicted to this. With diced apples, craisins, pumpkin seeds and healthful veggies, this salad sates my hunger and is very filling. The acai vinaigrette is a delicious way to top it off. When I am in the mood for soup, the broccoli cheddar is decent for a fast food type establishment. Other notable entrees are the Meatball, the Ultimate Turkey Club, Shroomalicious Steak and the Veggie Guacamole. Quizno's does off vegetarian options, which is always good for everyone. So far I have not been disappointed with any choice from here as everything seems fresh and well prepared. The restaurant is kept clean and organized and the employees are very helpful. Through each step of making the sandwiches or salad they have always asked if everything is being prepared the way I want it. The owner is super sweet and makes sure I am satisfied. They often have special deals so check the menu info board in store or ask an employee. I know I'll be back for more of the salad. read more

I'm a fan of Quizno's, it makes me sad whenever I see a location close down due to whatever reason. It becomes so hard to find a Quizno's to enjoy your favorite sandwich. I find it weird but the locations in Houston make me very upset. They are not nice like other state locations. I find myself being rushed to pay for a meal and not getting the chance to get any toppings. I like to eat my subs with lettuce, tomato, or whatever. However, it seems like its a problem to ask for a little extra lettuce or tomato. It also makes me upset when I would like to use a coupon like buy 1 get 1 free and a location decides on their own that they do not want to let you use it for specific items. It clearly states on the coupon any sub yet the location decides you can not use it on any steak subs. I've done this many times before but it seems like only Houston locations don't allow you to do this. Businesses managed by these people is probably the reason why so many locations are closing down. Things have gone down hill at most Quiznos locations in the passed 6 years. I used to work at this one and I always made sure I applied the sauces properly and toasted the sandwiches the right way... Well, so... a year ago the idiot who made my sandwich toasted my sandwich with the lettuce and tomatoes on it... whoever thawed out the bread didn't do it right because the bread was very moist... in a bad way... all 6 times I've been since after I stopped working there it had gotten worse. Employee was using the landline phone for a personal call and eating a sandwich just behind the counter... she was rude... That was 2008. 2009 The managers were the same and the food wasn't soggy or terrible... just again with the rude teenagers eating where custoemrs could see them but still close enough to the food. They changed owners in 2010... and oh, wow... it made me hope for better days. NOTHING was fresh. The cheese was cut SUPER thin and the bread tasted a little stale read more

This Quiznos is the best location that I have eaten at and I eat there frequently. I usually get the medium Chicken Carbonara with red onions on rosemary bread along with a soda fountain drink. The owner usually checks me out and she is a very nice lady. read more

The management is terrible. The sandwiches are poorly made and the service is subpar. Also, be prepared to continuously ask for more napkins as the manager only likes to give one napkin at a time. Now I definitely understand why Quiznos is dying out. Def do not recommend. read more
