Was grateful to find this place open on a Monday and willing to take walk-ins. Yay The shop is located in the small strip mall that does seem to be having a little bit of construction outside so be careful as you navigate through the entrance. I had no wait as a walk-in and asked for an sns manicure and a regular pedicure. They're basic pedicure goes for 30 bucks and includes a very thorough, callous removal. I've never had my feet so smooth and I go to the nail shop on the regular. All of their pedicure chairs are also massage chairs so make sure to take advantage of that as soon as you sit down. Great nail color selection and they were able to easily match my toenail polish to one of the dip colors. Dip ran around $45 if I remember correct. It was very quick and efficient, done while I was still in the pedicure chair and extremely neat. No excess polish stuck in my cuticles or on my fingers. The staff here are super considerate and removed a tip at no charge for a woman who came in randomly as I was sitting under the UV light drying my toes. I would definitely come back again and I'm honestly surprised the rating for this place is not higher.

None of the customers were watching the game, yet the staff reacted to it as if they were at a sports bar. The constant yelling and loud outbursts became so distracting that they gave me a headache. I even put on my headphones to try to block out the noise, but then realized I shouldn't have to do that just to enjoy a manicure and pedicure. A salon should provide a calm, relaxing environment where customers can enjoy their services. These people were rude and disrespectful. This wasn't an isolated incident. On previous visits, I've also experienced staff members laughing and carrying on very loud conversations with one another during my appointments. While it's nice to see employees enjoying their work, the focus should remain on creating a pleasant, peaceful experience for customers. The one bright spot was the woman who performed my pedicure. She was kind, professional, and did an excellent job. I truly appreciated her service. I hope management will recognize that the customer experience should always come first.

On my last two visits, the technician drilled my natural nails so aggressively that they became hot and painful, leaving them thin and weak afterward. During my final appointment, another technician came over, took over the service, and the two of them began talking and pointing at one of my nails. When I asked what was going on, I was told I had a "nail defect." After visiting a different salon, I learned that wasn't the case. I also found out I had been under the impression that I was consistently receiving SNS (which I was paying for), but my new salon informed me that acrylic had actually been applied to my nails instead. I scheduled an appt & waited a bit, but it was a Saturday; so to be expected. Tip: sign in at the machine in the front when you walk in & grab your number. Both mani & pedi techs were customer oriented & accommodating. I got SNS initially, because I'm trying to grow my nails out & a cute inspo pic. The design was fun & the nail tech literally nailed the look, but the paint started chipping a couple days later. I was able to get in the same day that I reached out about the issue & she said it was due to the SNS. She added a little powder & wahlaaa - good as new & honestly even better than the 1st set in terms of designs & shape. My only other complaints are I got a gel pedicure & it chipped, which I've never seen Gel do & purposely stay away from regular polish for that reason. I'm sure if I reached out, they would fix it. However, my schedule doesn't allow it until my next appt. Secondly, the pedi was a lil more expensive than my regular spot. Other than that, I would come again & recommend it. Just be sure to choose a good base.
