This auto shop was the most helpful and friendly shop I've ever been to. They took great care of my car and made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. No gimmicks and no runarounds. I drive a Honda Civic, and a few weeks ago I was struck on the freeway by a broken wooden pallet that got lodged into my front grill (I know -- unbelievable!). The impact damaged my radiator and AC condenser. I was stressed trying to figure out how to afford the repairs, but the team here was incredibly understanding and worked with me. They explained different financing options, and ultimately the best route was going through my insurance due to the amount of damage. My insurance came out the next day, and the shop got started right away. They worked efficiently and had my car back on the road by the end of the week. They did a great job on my car stereo! I own a 2014 Mini Cooper S Convertible, which are tricky cars to work with. I also bought a cheap head unit off of Amazon that was barely compatible with the rest of my components (I already had an amp, sub, capacitor, etc). Yet these guys knocked it out of the park. Not only did they get everything to work, but it looks super clean and professional as well. They ran into a bunch of issues, I had to buy some extra components to make it all work, but at the end of the day I'm sitting in a car with a perfectly-working after-market car stereo. No complaints on that! And since this is a one-stop shop for all of your car needs, I got an oil change while I was there. Sweet! The staff was great, too. All really personable guys. This was my second time using this company for temporary fixes with my car (my request). The first time I needed my rocker reattached and this time I needed my skid plate reattached. Each time I have used this company the communication, servicing, and pricing have been amazing. There's hardly ever a wait to get serviced and I've only had to wait an hour tops while my car was being fixed. Throughout the process, there was a lack of transparency and communication regarding the repairs and associated costs. Some of the repairs were NOT completed as described on the invoice. When I reached out to the company to discuss reimbursement for these issues, I did not receive a response. As a result, I had to pay over $1,000 to have the repairs addressed by another shop. Finding that this company outsourced this repair leading to the issues we excperinced. In my opinion, this experience was unprofessional and frustrating. I encourage others to carefully review all available feedback and consider my experience before making a decision. I have kept documentation of my visits and communications. David is our life saver. Qwik repaired our car with care and affordable price. On a Saturday afternoon, we were taking a trip to San Diego, and the engine light of our Odyssey went blinking on freeway. We were panicking cause it meant misfire of engine and we had to stop immediately. Not familiar with the area, we went to Qwik cause they were the only repair center open on the day. We didn't know them, but David won our trust with his detailed explanation, sincere attitudes, and professional skills. They fixed the problems that our previous auto center couldn't or wouldn't spend time figuring out. They charged us less hours of labor because they are good at it. It could be five hours of charging, but since they master it, they charged us less than three hours. We really appreciate their help and strongly recommend them. read more

I brought my new golf cart to Qwik Auto Center to install a new audio system. I was met by the general manager named David. A fast talking and friendly guy who assured me that they've done thousands of installations and would have no problem with my project. I told him what I wanted to have done and assured me it would be no problem. He also assured me that they would be starting it that very day, Saturday, and would have it done Monday. I later realized that he had probably forgotten that Monday was a holiday so I expected it done on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday to see if I could pick it up at the end of the day. He explained why when I was looking for Might be too complicated and not in my best interest, so I completely agreed to his alternate plan, basically simplifying their job dramatically. David assured me that it was almost done and he would get right back to me when it was finished. I called Wednesday and David said they were just doing the final touchups. I called Thursday. He gave me the same line of crap. I called Friday and he gave me another. "bullshit" line that it was done and they were just tightening up and cleaning up the job for me, and I could pick it up Saturday morning. To say I was aggravated with David is quite an understatement. On Saturday, one week after I left it there I took Uber to finally pick up my cart. He walked me over to the area where the cart had been worked on only to find that it was not only not done, but there were loose cables dangling out of the open dash, tools everywhere and a total disorganized mess. I absolutely exploded at David told him that he had been lying to me the entire week and I was fed up. I yelled at him and told him to finish the job, now! Standing 5 feet from me was some young man who quietly observed the entire interaction. Since I had Uber over there, I insisted they take me home. He agreed and asked the young man to do so. I apologized to the young driver for being so irate in front of him, since he had nothing to do with the dishonest and unprofessional actions of the general manager. He was quite interested in when I had to say and informed me that he was the owner's son and he was going to contact his father immediately. He and his dad then took this issue very seriously went into the shop and worked on it until about 11 o'clock at night so as to get it to me that day. I was appreciative of their commitment to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, the next day, the audio system would not work. I opened up the dash, found the loose connection and resolved it. Unfortunately, it was still a mess under there with the power amplifier loosely dangling among the wires. I then went and checked where the subwoofer was installed and found scratches on the paint of this new cart. I think it was the next day the bosses son called to check on me. I told him about the scratches. He offered to have me bring the cart in to their body shop and make it right. I asked him if David was still the general manager and he assured me he was. I explained to him that if a business is comfortable, maintaining a dishonest, fast talking bullshit artist as general manager, that I would no longer have anything to do with their business. By the way, I never got a work order or a receipt. All David had ever supplied me with a blank piece of paper where he scribbled, free hand, basic notes and dollar figures all over the paper. That was it. This actually was one of the worst business experiences I've had encountered in quite a while. I wouldn't suggest trusting them for as long as David is running the show and definitely don't recommend this business. Buyer beware. read more

Unfortunately the following Monday as I was driving to work the front hubcap fell off... I contacted them to let them know and while they were helpful at first, then came back with 'we never took that hubcap off' firstly this is the one wheel I was convinced was making the noise because of the brakes and secondly it's a bit of a coincidence that after having my car for 3 years this would happen 2 days after I bring it in. I ended up having to buy a new hubcap costing $35 so any money I saved here was spent on buying a new hubcap. read more

I paid a thousand dollars to get a peticular certain sound fix in my van in the rear end. They heard other sounds I guess and fixed those instead. Thought they were awesome people at first and was goi g to give them repeat business but but not goi g to now I wanted a certain sound fixed and they fixed other sounds plain and simple. I know this review will get a reply back from them trying to justify what they did. But I wanted a sound fixed and that particular sound is still there. DO NOT GO HERE read more
