The worst experience ever. My car was taken here a few years ago and I'm writing to talk about the experience I had that still bugs me to this day and warning others not to choose this shop. I brought in my car which had be vandalized along with other cars by a homeless person in my neighborhood at the time. This shop was recommended to me by a friend of a friend who used to paint cars so I thought okay he knows best. I take my car in they are super cool people at first and then that's it I request the entire body be repainted and the windshield. And then I waited. I called in because I haven't hear any news or updates in a while it had been a few months they told me they were still looking for the windshield and asked ME to look with them. My car is an import but they treated this thing like an alien. They said they had attempted to put a windshield in but it didn't fit so I guess they gave up? After a few more months passed I was pissed I told them I would do the windshield just paint the car already so I can bring it home it had basically been there a year. Anyways, get the car back it's looking great until I start looking closer. The paint was literally cracking a month after taking the car home and garaging it. No washes! Panels are all flush and don't rub. This paint job looked so great at first but was very obvious it was lazy and rushed!!! They also molded my bumper to my car so I can no longer take off my bumper if needed... Huge pain. These might look like small complaints but cracking paint one month after garaging the car is not okay. I was expecting this paint to last the rest of the time I have this car and look absolutely beautiful and unfortunately it looks like I painted it myself. Final note: When I got my car back and replaced the windshield me and the guys I called were able to get it done in 3 visits. First they measured, brought in one option, and that option didn't work so they brought it one more which was able to fit.

Took in my Tesla Model 3 in. While I was driving on the highway I was hit by a random object causing my front bumper damages. I took it here because they recommended it to me. George fixed the main damage with a fantastic work but he created minor issues. My bumper wasn't installed properly (like the factory). My front sensor gasket was damaged. George also told me he was going to paint the whole front bumper and he didn't he covered the other damages with just paint leaving it noticeable. He also lost two bolts from the frunk I didn't noticed until I reinstalled the front bumper due to him not installing it correctly. He charged me $900 for all these "hours" he had to work.

My former auto body man retired and I had a ding in my Ram 1500 tailgate and my almost 20 year old Corvette paint was getting to the point where it could not be corrected anymore. I was recommended to GA Coachworks from The Corvette Shop as the owner said that he had a number cars repaired and painted there and GAC always did a great job. For the tailgate, I removed it from the truck and brought it in. A few days later, I had a better than new looking tailgate for my truck. A couple weeks later I brought the 2004 Corvette in. George painted the hood, top, roll bar, and blended in the fenders. And now the car looks like brand new again, they did an excellent job, like it came from the factory. I also had a scratch in my driver side rear mirror. I had wet sanded it out, but I had not yet buffed out the sand marks. GAC buffed that out and I did not even mention the mirror to them! I got a quote from Bob Stall Chevrolet and they quoted $3626.63 for the same job that GAC charged literally more than two thousand less for. I have found a new body shop for my fleet.

The service was excellent since the moment I brought my car in to when I came back to pick it up. With the price very affordable compared to the other place I went to and I don't have to leave my car in the shop for too long. I would highly recommend dent and scratch pro to my friends and family that need their car dent and scratch repair. I would for sure to come back! Thanks you so much Mr Larry!

Larry inspected the damage, took photos, and offered me options. Repainting the side of the car was going to cost over $2000, which was out of the question given how minor the scratches were. I opted for buffing, which Larry indciated would take care of the scratches. The cost would be $900. He subsequently informed me that the paintless dent repair would be an additional $895. This is about four times the going rate, so I declined and decided to get that done cheaper after the scratches were repaired. I picked up my car today and the scratches are as evident as when I brought the car in. I told Larry I was dissatisfied with the work and that I felt I had been way overcharged. After some discussion, he agreed to reduce my bill to $800, $100 off. I paid the bill and left his shop, still convinced I had been ripped off. Larry, not I, is the guy with experience in paint and dent repair. He had a duty to tell me up front that he wouldn't be able to get the scratches out by just buffing. Had he disclosed that to me, I would have gone elsewhere rather than pay hm $800 for ineffective buffing. I will never go back to Dent and Scratch Pro. Their website pledges "100% satisfaction guaranteed." That's a false pledge. Anyone doing business with Dent and Scratch Pro better thoroughly cross examine Larry on exactly what result to expect before handing over your car and credit card to him.

That repair experience was a good one, so when I had a little fender bender on 2/21 with my current Q3, I brought it over to the Caliber location on Hancock Street because it is very close to where I live. Nadia and the rest of the team were very helpful and the repairs were scheduled to take about two weeks. The original estimate went up by about $1,000 once they took the vehicle apart, which if I was paying out of pocket would have given me heart palpitations. Thankfully, insurance is taking care of everything except my $500 deductible. However, I'm sure this incident will come back to haunt me when my insurance comes up for renewal soon, but that is another story. My vehicle was done on time as promised. When I got it back, I noticed that the driver's side door was making a noise, and so I brought it back to Caliber. They noted that the door wasn't aligned correctly and they fixed the issue. My car looks great now, and I'm so glad that it is back to normal. I did have one other issue that I brought to Caliber's attention, and they remedied the situation without an issue. Overall, this was a good experience after an unfortunate and annoying accident. Everyone at Caliber did their best to ensure that this was a positive experience. Thanks, Caliber!

I pointed out all of the things damaged and basically had to ask him to take photos because he was taking them 10 feet away and didn't seem to care about documenting things accurately. Just completely ignored the damages I pointed out so the estimate didn't include half of the parts that needed to be replaced even though I basically did his job for him. On top of that, he included the wrong parts on the estimate and was basically trying to have my car be replaced with parts of a much lesser quality that wouldn't even match my car to begin with. I do not recommend this place to anyone who needs an accurate estimate. Very disappointing experience.
