He quoted us the same exact unit, same warranty...apples to apples quote for thousands less than other company. He also could install the unit with in a week. Of course we went with him! This review has been long overdue. Felipe installed a new AC for us a couple of years ago when our old unit broke amid the blazing summer. He was honest in diagnosing the problem, providing us w/ the insight that an attempt in repair could be done, and while it would be lower in cost compared to a new unit, a repair would merely be a temporary improvement. Thus, he recommended a replacement unit. I appreciate that Felipe didn't try to make quick money by trying to fix something that didn't have a real solution. Many companies nowadays try to place a band-aid on a problem without addressing the underlying cause merely b/c they want to earn your money by 'fixing' a recurring issues several times before finally announcing that you actually need a replacement anyways. A new unit was expensive, but of value. The quote was competitive & fair. We spoke to Felipe extensively regarding the specification of the product, the warranty, the timeline for the work, etc, and Felipe answered all of our questions patiently. Totally forgot to leave a review. During the peak heat season our AC was just not blowing cold enough. Felipe was able to come out the next day. I really liked the text alerts letting me know he was on his way and would arrive shortly. He checked out our AC and let us know the line had a leak in it. He was able to call the manufacturer and confirmed it was still under warranty. Felipe had it repaired ASAP. Had an emergency with our A/C not cooling and temps expected to be 99 the next day. Put out a request around 9pm for service and Felipe respondied that he could be at my home between 10am and 12 pm the next morning. I was so happy that he was so quickly able to help with our emergency. He arrived promptly towards the beginning of his time window. I even received a text that he was on his way. That was great. After failing to install a nest thermostat and then failing to reinstall the older thermostat, I sent out a yelp sos message to nearby HVAC companies for help (especially since it was over 100 degrees outside). Felipe from Circulair Heating and Air Conditioning responded right away and was able to be at the house within 15 mins. Not only was he able to install the nest but found that our breaker for the air conditioner was shot. He replaced the breaker and checked out our unit (on the super hot roof). He did a thorough check and found more issues with our ductwork and unit itself. After resolving said issues, we noticed the difference immediately! I am so happy with the results and definitely grateful that Felipe was able to attend to us immediately.
