My experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and completely unresolved for months. They damaged my tires, and I was never supposed to be sent to their location in the first place. Since October, I have been patient, understanding, and gave them every opportunity to make things right. I waited. I followed up. I allowed time for their process. Yet here we are, months later, and my situation is still not resolved. They claim they mailed my refund, but I never received a check. No tracking, no proof of mailing, no replacement issued, and no clear communication. Just repeated delays and excuses. At this point, it feels like I'm being ignored instead of helped. This has cost me time, energy, and peace of mind. A company that makes a mistake should take responsibility and fix it promptly. Dragging a customer along for months without resolution is unacceptable. If you value your vehicle and your time, I do not recommend bringing your car here. I had a flat the night before and towed my car to this location. They called me in the morning and gave me a $530 quote for wheel hub and 2 lugs that needed replacement because it was broken off. Not once did they tell me how much tire and replacement. I called my mechanic friend to confirm if this is the cost and he drove over to Firestone to check out if that is what my car needed. It did not. Luckily he was there to take my car out of the shop and brought it to Brakes Plus down the street and paid $78 for two lugs. I didn't need the wheel hub replaced. read more

I completely understand that shops can get busy.. what I don't understand is being told something that isn't true. When I asked about the delay, the manager, Walter Aragon, insisted he told me on the phone yesterday that there would be an hour-plus wait. That never happened. Why would he already tell me about a wait a day ahead of time, as I'm booking an appointment with a time a lot open for them to work on my car... I wouldn't be frustrated if I had been told the truth upfront, but instead I was left waiting and then blamed with an excuse that simply wasn't accurate. Appointments should mean something, and customers deserve honesty about wait times. They will have had our vehicle for 4.5hours to replace 1 tire. They told us an unrealistic timeline, they failed to deliver on it, and will charge us full price as if they have done nothing wrong. Repairs were done and charged to our warranty that were unnecessary- car is still not fixed. Worst customer service I have ever had. I call three days prior to schedule my oil change for my Alfa Romeo, I show up to my APPOINTMENT at 8:54am. Stand up to see how close the job is to being done and see four young guys chatting it up around the campfire with my car in the same spot that I left it. It has been 1.5 hours and nobody confronted the customer that the job has not even been started.. the reason? "Parts take long to come in".. is that not the reason for the APPOINTMENT? To make sure your ready to go? And not informing the customer that the job has been started after an hour and a half? Most of us actually work and need to get to their job so definitely do not come here, this is not a service this is a hassle. read more

One star is too much for this place. Turnover here is terrible and their staff has no accountability for their mistakes. My mom brought her car in to get a key pad replaced. They called and said it was ready, but my mom got out to her car and saw the keypad still wasn't working, her lift gate wouldn't open, and their was another warning light on her dash. Clearly whoever installed it didn't check to make sure it worked or didn't care to. She went in to tell them and no one could tell her what happened, nor would they come out and look at it with her. The techs who worked on it just stared at her from the bay, and the guy at the front desk kept telling her "oh they said it worked." Mind you, this isn't the first time they've messed up her loft gate and had to fix it. She left it over night and my dad called to talk to the manager at 8 AM. Told him what happened and said to unplug her battery since the dome lights were on (also another issue that wasn't there before we took it). Manager said he'd call be noon and didn't do my dad called back...and they hadn't even looked at it yet. Called again at 3 PM and he said it's still having problems but he'd look at it. At this point my dad and I drove over and saw the car wasn't even in the bay to be worked on. The manager had also left without saying shit and so had the tech. Guy at the front didn't know anything and there was no notes about the manager looking at it. We just took the car and left. This place needs to learn how to treat women with respect and not gaslight their customers. I know any man would be upset if they heard their mother was treated like that. Don't have time to install shit correctly, take accountability for mistakes, or fix it. I can see why this place has 3/5 stars. My review would be less than one. I have nothing good to say about this place. I bought a lifetime alignment for my Silverado 2500 gas truck. Supposedly they did it that first visit( a year ago) but today I was told their lift couldn't handle the weight. Yesterday I made an appointment to rotate my tires and have an alignment. I was told they could do it. So I drop my truck off and run some errands till it was supposed to be done. I go in there and the same guy told me they hadn't and could never do it. My blood pressure got to 112 dealing with this. Waisted time and gas going in schedule an appointment, then dropping it off, my wife's time and gas to go pick it up and also scheduling another appointment at a different location. read more

I have never received such terrible customer service at this store in the many years I have been a customer. I had service done there last Saturday and the state inspection was not completed as ordered and but was charged for. No one at the store was aware and I did not realize until i got home and did not have the paperwork to show it was completed. I called and was told the inspector was not notified/aware of the order for the inspection. The charge could not be credited over the phone, so my only options were to drive 20 miles back to the store and get a refund or get my car inspected. I went back today and was told I would be 3rd inline even though I was told last week should I come back I would be 1st. Meagan was unprofessional and accused me of threatening her. She also told me that the technician that serviced my car was no longer employed which is not something she should tell a customer and is NOT the thing you want to hear when that is the person who installed 4 new tires and did an alignment on my car. Needless to say, I will not be back to that store. I have been a Firestone customer since 2009. The previous manager and his team were tremendous to work with. Squeaky and poorly burnished brakes after a replacement that took three days to complete. Go somewhere else

We broke down at Walmart. Having to get a tow truck we decided to go to the location on Preston in Frisco since it was closest. When we dropped the car off Saturday at 3:30ish the gentlemen said they could get to it by Monday. Ok sounds good. On Monday they said they need to order the radiator hose and it would be ready Tuesday. On Tuesday we called and they said the wrong part came in and they had to order the right one. Side note we have already had one radiator hose replaced by Firestone so how did they not already know what part order. They said it wouldn't be delivered till later that evening and the car would be ready Wednesday. Well Wednesday rolls around and we call, the master tech was out sick so no one could do the work but him. And the car would be ready on Thursday as long as the tech didn't call in and he isn't scheduled till 10am so we won't know till almost lunch time. Well here it is Thursday evening and the car still isn't finished. Tech was out again. I understand someone being out sick/emergency but how do you not have anyone covering the work for that person. They don't offer loaner cars either so we are stuck with one car and having to juggle my job and my husband's job. Topping on the cake, one person told my husband that the tech was out till Wednesday when he called on Monday but when I called later that day they told me we were waiting on the part. So if the tech was out till Wednesday then why did they tell me originally, it would be done Monday? And why the inconsistent explanations. I would have had the car towed to a different Firestone had I known they didn't have the staff to cover it. I will be taking my car to the Aubrey location from here on out, no matter the distance. read more

I've been here multiple times for a simple oil change. They are super friendly and the line is not too bad. The time they quote you is usually when you will get your car back. They do little to no upsell, and provide you with all the paperwork in an organized fashion so you know exactly what they did. The waiting area is air conditioned, with a small TV and drinking fountain. The location is convenient and they give it to you straight. Keep up the good work! read more

My tire pressure indicator popped up as I was leaving Stonebriar mall. I looked for close tire shops and this location popped up stating they close at 7. I tried calling no answer and was only 4 minutes away. I pulled up with my tire now on flat and no one was in store, lights off and no one still answering the phone at 6:40. Had AC serviced in May. In August, AC was out again. Scheduled a visit for Tuesday but dropped off early (on Monday around 5 p.m.) On Tuesday, no word on the job. Called on Wednesday and was told a bolt was needed that couldn't be found; had to be delivered---should be fixed on Thursday. On Thursday I called and was told bolt hadn't arrived; would be on Friday. After I voiced my displeasure with the service and (lack of) communication, I was told I would be called first thing in morning. By now the "apologies" were pretty hollow; on both phone calls the speaker simply passed the buck to someone else. No call on Friday; I called and spoke with manager. Another apology. I was told bolt was in; should be repaired mid-morning. Curious, I asked when bolt had arrived. I was told the previous day at 4 p.m. Thus, instead of making the late job a priority, they pushed it to the next day. Perhaps this is a policy with a warranty item. (However, had the job been done right in May, there would be no need to exercise the warranty.) After four days of rental cars, the manager offered to reimburse me for those monies. I declined and told him this was not a "money grab"---I simply want his company to be honest with people and succeed. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the person I dealt with (no name tag) simply handed me the key and said "thanks." No one acknowledged the lousy experience; I wasn't even handed a receipt with explanation of "services" rendered. Three mechanics in the garage weren't working; they were joking and cutting up with a roomful of customers present and vehicles on lifts. We have patronized this Firestone for many years and TWO customers in the shop yesterday were referrals from me. To say I was underwhelmed would be an understatement. Caution! They tried to up-sell me on air conditioning work with bogus claims which were debunked with a little homework and research. When they saw that I wasn't buying it, they lost interest in serving me. The mechanic told me my compressor was "shelled out". I requested they just recharge and cap the system. He said he couldn't because it was full. Surprise... I bought A/C Pro and the gauge said it was empty- no refrigerant in it. I filled it and viola, ice cold air. A $35 fix and they wanted me to spend over $2,000. I've never been treated that way at a business before. Terrible. read more

To be frank, I'm tired going to the Firestone locations and being told lies. Today, for example, I went to get some air in my tires and an employee told me that my front tires will need to be replaced soon. Okay, fine. But then he proceeds to tell me that the TWO tires are going to be ~$3000. I don't know if I have a big "S" on my forehead but there is no way it's that expensive, especially for two tires. JUST to make sure that Firestone charges high for their tires, I went to the Firestone website and got a quote. Guess what? Nothing was above $1400 for FOUR tires. This is not the only time and employee has tried to oversell me. It's kind of funny how they don't pull that when I have a male with me. read more

My wife went to get her car inspected and they did their free inspection routine even though she didn't request it. Told her the air filter was dirty and needed replacing but it is a K&N filter that never needs replacing... just blow it out and put it back in... She left and when she got up to speed heard some irregular noises coming from the engine and had to take it back. They didn't tighten down the air filter cover probably because they figured she would let them replace it and were caught off guard when she didn't. I expect this sort of thing from shady corner store oil change places but apparently it is spreading to what I used to think was a respectable place. read more

This location has given me nothing but issues whenever I have attempted to get anything done here. The first instance was me trying to get my cooling system replaced. The guy who did my diagnostics went on vacation and did not leave notes on what needed to be done to my car. I had to go to the Chevy dealership to get it taken care of due to this. Today (11/26/2018), I scheduled an appointment to get a tire replaced. When you make an appointment they have to confirm it for you. They confirmed my appointment and when I arrived they told me that they don't have a tire for me in stock and it would take awhile to find a store with one in stock. My phone number was attached to my appointment, yet they did not attempt to call me to let me know about this. I walked out of there and went to Discount Tires nearby where they took care of me.
