Strawberry Snow (Large) and Strawberry Gon' Bananas (Non-Dairy, Large)
    Michelle T.

Krak boba is always a good spot to get boba. If you download the app there's BOGO deals often. Service was good! They have a kiosk to order drinks or you can order with an employee. I enjoyed the Strawberry Snow (Large) and Strawberry Gon' Bananas (Non-Dairy, Large). Surprisingly the Strawberry Gon' Bananas tasted like a smoothie with real fruit. i thought it was going to taste like syrup lol. The boba is usually very soft and fresh but it was not as good when I visited. Maybe it was because it was towards closing time. There's lots of parking available here. It is more of a grab and go spot.

Checked out Krak Boba and tried one of their new menu items--the Cocothai Butterfly. Super refreshing, especially on a warm day. It's got that classic Thai tea flavor with a nice hint of coconut juice--really tasty and not too heavy. Staff were friendly and quick with getting orders out. The shop itself is clean with a cool anime-esque vibe--anime on the TV, figures everywhere, etc. Not much seating inside, just enough for people to briefly wait for their drinks. Most folks ended up outside once it got a little busier, which worked out since the weather was nice. Overall, solid spot. Will definitely be back to try more!

I came to Krak Boba to try their drinks and take advantage of their mobile app offer (Buy One, Get One Free). I got two drinks: 1. Caramel Milk Tea with Boba - 4.2/5 It had a nice caramel flavor, but it wasn't as rich as I was hoping. Still a solid choice. 2. King Brulee - 4.5/5 This was my favorite! Rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. I'd definitely recommend it. The employees were polite but not particularly friendly during my visit. However, the store itself was clean and well-maintained. Parking is a bit limited since it's located near other businesses, apartments, and houses on the corner of Baseline and Day Creek Blvd. Overall, a good experience, and I'd come back to try more flavors! My Personal Rating : 4.2 Drinks 4.3/5 Staff 3.9/5 Price 4.4/5 Ambiance 4/5 Cleanliness 4.4/5

Came around 10:45 in the morning and there was a sign that said the boba won't be ready till 11. Ordered the dragon slayer and the drink did not disappoint! I loved the sweetness of the drink (not too sweet) and the mixture of dragon fruit and mango bits (which had a lot). My friend tried the Thai milk tea and she also really liked that drink. They also did not use dairy in it for the Thai milk tea, but they had various milk options if you wanted to add.

We came here on Christmas day today and we are greeted with bad service. We greeted the staff right off the bat with a Merry Christmas and no pleasantries , just straight asking our order. I asked the young girl if the Mango snow has dairy and she said no. My order comes out and it looked like a white cream around it so i asked the young boy, and i added that i asked initially and i was told there is absolutely no dairy. I also added i cannot have dairy. He asked if i wanted it re-made.... And i said i couldn't have dairy. He proceeds to re-make it, and we heard was stuff slamming on the counter. He comes out with the finished product, which i included in the photo, that is still blended white stuff in it. Needless to say, Hubby tried it and it did taste like it has dairy in it. Amazing how people decide to work on Christmas day and provide bad service Boba in the trash. First time and def last.

Ordered the new CocoThai Butterfly with lychee jelly for pickup today. It was ready and waiting for me upon arrival. Parking was also surprisingly easily available, which can be a problem at this location. My drink was beautiful and delicious! Loved it!

I've been a customer of this Krak Boba since June 2023. I downloaded their app and immediately received a $2 off coupon. The Dragon Slayer (lychee slush with dragon fruit and mango bits) looked appealing to me so I ordered a large and added boba for an additional $0.75. You can adjust the sweetness in your drink on the app. With the $2 off my total came out to $5.35. I placed by order on a Friday at 11:07am and went to pick up my order with my dog. To my horror, there were zero parking spaces in this plaza at that time. This is such a terrible layout for parking and gets crowded in the mornings due to Broken Yolk being in the same plaza. Even the curbside pickup parking spaces were taken. I literally had to pull my car over with my dog inside with the hazards on to run inside to get my drink, which was already melted. After that experience, it really deterred me from coming again and the next time I came was February 2024 when I ordered another Dragon Slayer because they had a Valentine's Day promotion/discount. My order came out to $5.80. This time I picked up my order closer to 2:00pm and parking was not an issue this time around. There really isn't any seating or place to hang out/study so this is mainly a place to get a drink to go. A couple months later, I noticed that I had a Reward for a free drink for my birthday! Sweet! This time I got a large Sun Bright with boba. The most recent time I came in was last week and I made sure that I came after Broken Yolk was closed. Again, parking was not an issue this time around. I tried the Taro Crush for the first time and added boba and also got my fave Dragon Slayer and added rainbow jelly. I didn't know they used actual taro in their drinks. They cut it up and cook it in the back, they add something to make it a deeper purple color, but it is actual taro and not just powder. I really liked that one and would definitely order it again.

The best boba shop in Rancho, puts up a decent fight compared to oc/626. Prices are fair too Interior is clean, isn't dingy/tacky or too obnoxious and prices are fair, employees don't seem like they hate their lives Really good taro drink I'm glad they use actual taro paste instead of a powder.

Ordered online because there was zero parking in the plaza (very small amount of parking). We had no clue that we had to check in after we placed an order for curbside.(which that part is my fault). My boyfriend went in and our order was ready. My drink was really good ( brown sugar) I enjoyed it! Pretty sweet but very tasty. My boyfriend got something with dragon fruit, it was very soft but good. I would come back!

I really enjoy the drinks! Solid flavors that come through and actually taste like the description. Fast service, the workers get straight to the point. This is one of the few times I have actually liked a Taro drink. Again the matcha and thai tea flavors come out nicely.

After a fun-filled girls' brunch, we decided to grab some boba and found this spot. The parking situation was a bit tricky since it's located next to an apartment complex or townhomes, not entirely sure. Plus, a Broken Yolk in the same plaza takes up most of the parking spots. They were running a Valentine's promotion that included free heart-shaped boba with any drink, which was the perfect way to wrap up our Galentine's date! One of our drinks was made incorrectly, but the staff was very accommodating and quickly fixed the issue. Great drinks and great service, I'd definitely come back!

Great service, fun drinks! Simple shop storefront only, some tables outside. Drinks are mainly all specialty unique to KRAK. Tried the dragon slayer and the fusion of flavors was great.

Oopsie was here a couple weeks ago and drafted my review. Finally getting around to posting. They get a good amount of online/pickup orders. That must mean their drinks are pretty good or at least not bad. Taste: tried their boba milk tea for my first time here. Not bad. Boba was sweet and chewy. Prices: same as other boba places. However, sign up on their app and get $2 off. Then buy their $25 gift card and get $5 loaded to your app. Good deal! I would come back. Want to try their taro drink next time.

Andrew was our lovely cashier today and he made ordering seamless alongside adjusting our drinks to the right preferred sugar levels. I had ordered the peachy twist and my fiancé ordered their milk drink. Upon the first sip, it was extremely sour. I shook my drink and tried my best to drink it, but the passion fruit seeds were too much. I tried my fiancé's milk tea, and that was way better. I was very shy and felt bothersome for going up to the counter to ask for a drink exchange... I hardly ever do it and try to stick to my choice. Yet, I truly couldn't handle the sourness. I went up to the counter and Betty kindly exchanged my drink for me. She was patient and kind, and did so with care. My encountered with their workers made this experience more enjoyable. I had already enjoyed my visit and the boba is chewy and consistent, but Betty and Andrew's service gave it top marks. I'd love to visit again and try their wings or their fries. I think it was at this location that I learned about the past KFT collaborations such as FFX and Fruits Baskets since this location kept some of the stickers and decor from those collabs. What a great way to preserver history and man more places and franchises need to do collabs for this instead of whatever the most recent Hoyoslop is to be honest. Drinks are standard like any other KFT location. Drinks run a bit sweet so they definitely need to be adjusted.
