I called to confirm the schedule, and (much later) received a text message as a reply, rather than a call. Sketchy, but okay. Movers showed up two hours late, without masks. When asked to wear a mask, they put them on for a bit, but two out of the three quickly took theirs off (and one was spitting all over my yard--horrifying in a pandemic). I really should have asked them to leave as soon as I saw them without masks! I had furniture to take apart, but the movers had absolutely no tools, which is very strange. I had to go out and buy my own tools, took apart my furniture, and showed up at my storage unit the next day to add the furniture. I was horrified at the contents. My belongings--including delicate, breakable items--were literally thrown inside, with no absolutely no care or organization. There were bags and bags of unopened moving blankets, paid for along with my moving box, that the movers had simply decided not to use. My breakable glass pictures were just thrown in there. And the damage! The slats from a bed frame had punched through a bookcase, absolutely ruining it. The unwrapped breakables (including furniture--none of my furniture was wrapped--and the lack of organization (a box almost fell out on the U-Haul representative who opened it) makes this box unshippable. Everything will have to be taken out, wrapped, and repacked before use. I called the moving company to see what they could do to make this right, but they absolutely refused to work with me. I understand that they were on another job at the time of my call, but considering the state of my storage unit, I asked if they would re-pack my box. However, the person I spoke to--Adam--was incredibly rude and condescending. When I mentioned that none of the moving blankets had been used, he suggested that of course not all of them would be used.... even though there were bags and bags of unopened bags of blankets, and my breakables--including framed wedding photos--were thrown inside with no care. He also denied responsibility and said he didn't know anything about the box, even though he was leading the move. As a customer, I have never been treated so poorly. Beware of using this company. When they get paid, they are done with you, and don't care about your experience. I have submitted a dispute through my credit card company, and with all the photos I have of the sorry state of my moving box , I am hopeful of a positive result.

We told them to go kick rocks and looked for someone else -- and I'm so glad we did!!! American Professional Moving are honest, professional, informative, courteous, upfront, and reasonable with their prices (no hidden fees!) Andrew and Mike showed up and were absolutely awesome! They were careful with our heavy furniture (and I mean HEAVY bedroom furniture made of oak and mahogany, not that cheap Ikea kinda crap). I swear they brought their Superman superhuman strength and hauled all the furniture down two flights of stairs, packing them nicely in the truck as to not scratch or damage anything (they're insured so if they damage anything, they pay for it), then carefully drove the truck to the new location, unpacked everything and hauled it up another two flights of stairs. I'm telling you, these two men were phenomenal!!! Andrew even managed to use his "magic" and shimmy a refrigerator thru the smallest doorway possible without removing doors or anything! (I know his secret, but will NEVER tell. Ha!) Both Andrew and Mike were awesome -- really sweet and personable guys, too, which is nice to know down-to-earth kind people are moving you. (At least it is for me...) After busting their backs for 5 hours nonstop, they finally finished (which, considering how heavy everything was, and going up and down stairs, that was supersonic speed!) Then, because they were so cool and awesome, I ran out and got them some ice cold "refreshments" to enjoy while we chilled for a minute and handled the invoice. Funny thing, I found out they actually were the same movers I had hired a few years ago to help move, however they had changed the name. Anyone looking for movers, call American Professional Moving!!! You won't be disappointed, I promise you!

Two carloads and , two U-Haul later after they would not get the rest...and a crash on the I 17 near the cliff just immediately south of Sunset point. My son almost went off the cliff that was what happened to my son because we had to go to their job. I'm not faulting for the accident but we wouldn't been in the situation in the first place. This was a business business retail store move with overstock used equipment and fixtures only to go in the unit and some file boxes but not all of them -instead everything was put in there 25' x 12' in the height of an RV I didn't mention you holding about 100 of my items in their trucks because they want me to get the storage unit if you get a organization and instructions instead of doing the job correctly and fixing a mess right now gonna have to go to court. My first move with you was almost exactly the same distance. 2. The heat at the time of my first move with you was almost identical. 3. I had a full bedroom less of furniture for the second move remaining was identical. 4. You attempt to explain the the 400% increase in time by saying the trip from the truck to the destination took additional 7 minute walk is not reasonable. They made 20 trips from truck to destination adding apx 140 minutes or 2.33 hours at the worst. NOT the additional 6.5 hours over your estimate. Moving along, when the guys picked up our boxes and furniture, they told me they would deliver it the following week. WRONG. We waited THREE WEEKS! I booked regardless. The time was perfect. Then, 20 minutes before arrival, they began texting a new price, nearly double the original quoted price. When i asked them to itemize the charges, they did not show up! They did not answer calls or texts. This was a small move, bedroom set, dining table, couch, and 12 small to medium boxes. The apartment was 1st floor. Luckily, it was not a busy time of year, and i found amazing movers who were honest and hardworking. Price was about the same, but i was not lowballed at the initial call. I am now thankful that Allpro didn't show up.

Friday morning of my move rolls around and I'm put into a bit of a tailspin because my internet/tv provider needed to be at the new house earlier than expected. Michael & Bama called me shortly after to confirm my apartment [moving from there] location to begin packing. When I explained the sudden change in plan needing to meet the internet/tv provider at my house, they told me it'd be no problem to meet me there, chat, and pick up the keys to begin packing & moving. The guys were super sweet from the beginning and made me feel at ease just handing them my apartment keys and directions for the correct unit. By the time I came back, they were mostly done [in an hour, whoa!] and were getting down to some of the more heavy items. Lucky for me and them, I don't own a lot of things and they had a really big truck, so only 1 trip was needed. We came upon a problem with some of my furniture not fitting into my front door, so the guys took apart my gate with precision [and put it back together as neither of us had bolt cutters for the lock] and quickly got the furniture in and door back assembled. They made the move so much fun and stress-free. I estimated about 3 hours of work total for my budget, and that's what it came to. I was able to pay over the phone with my card, and received an email receipt a few minutes after payment was processed. Definitely worth looking into them for your moving needs!
