The roasted pork rice dish was honestly the best I've ever had in my life. The pork was perfectly cooked, so flavorful along with the cravy, and everything tasted incredibly fresh and homemade. Best mac salad as well. They have other rice dishes too, can't wait to come back to try these. You can really tell how much care goes into the food here. And the malasadas... easily some of the freshest we had in Kauai. Soft, warm, and just perfect -- the kind you wish you had ordered more of right away. They have both simple malasadas and filled ones (get the coconut one!!!) The whole experience honestly felt like you were eating at your auntie's house. So comforting, so friendly, and just really special. If you're anywhere near Hanapepe, this place is 100% worth stopping for.
