On Monday, a holiday for most people, Ron arrived at 8:00 AM and began reattaching our lines. My husband is oxygen dependent, which requires electricity. Our generator failed and he was out of back-up battery power. Ron went above and beyond, sent his worker to his shop to lend us a generator until we had power. Small miracle, I'm told, electrical work, coordination with Tyngsboro building inspector, National Grid and Ron , gave us power by end of day. Since it was a holiday, I expected a very hefty invoice, considering the emergency service, loan of a generator (checked our generator too), coordination with numerous parties, I was very relieved to get a very reasonable bill.
