I walked in to get a pedicure and were no other customers inside. The tech Amy was not friendly at all. When I got back to my hotel as the paint was dry, I noticed that the polish was not evenly coated. She didn't even polish all the way down. I called to see if they could do another coat, and they said to come back. I returned and once again there were only 2 customers, and they told me that I would have to wait 45 minutes for her to fix my polish. Not only that, but she also clipped too deep in my toenail, and it has not stopped hurting, and it has been swollen. I have to treat it to avoid an infection. The photos are 4 days old. I had to be at a graduation, so I left. I see why they didn't have any customers. Basic pedicure $35 and no I did not leave a tip! read more

Got my pedicure done by Myra a couple weeks ago. She was very sweet and took the time to fix up my blistered feet. My main problem with this place is that it was packed to the brim with people. Clearly no social distancing in place. Some of the workers with no mask on including who I think was the owner who kept pulling her mask down and walking around without a care in the world. It also seemed like even if you had an appointment, you wouldn't be attended to on time. I saw a couple of angry clients walk out because of that and the owner talk trash about them to the employees in her native tongue. I would stay away from here if you really care about COVID safety measures (which you should!) Update!*: The owner tried contacting me with this attached Yelp message calling me a "racist" for posting an honest review about her place clearly not following COVID precautions. I gave you 3 stars (at least even though there were safety issues that were being overlooked) and even liked your nail tech, are you kidding me? The first time I went for a pedicure, it was decent. The second time I decided to get shellac with the pedicure as I had a wedding to go to. Three days after the pedicure I noticed that the shellac was lifting. As I live 30 miles away, I couldn't return until the next weekend...for some reason they were closed. The next day I came back, explained the situation and they repaired it. Then they insisted I pay for the repair. When I said, "No", they said I was in two weeks earlier and the shellac was old, which was a lie...I have my receipt. Then they insisted they only repair for free if it's within 3 days of the service. I explained to the lady in charge that I already paid for the shellac that didn't last a week and she said shellac isn't supposed to last more than a week. Anybody who gets their nails done knows that's a flat out lie. If shellac was the same as regular polish, it wouldn't have to be cured under a uv lamp and wouldn't cost $25 more. An unmasked employee emerges from what I assume is the employee break room with a cup of tea. She sits two stalls away and drinks while talking to my technician. I look over at the pedicure chairs and there are three customers, no skipped seats between them, and only one of them is wearing a mask. Then another customer enters for a full set and the tea-sipping employee puts on a mask to begin to work on her nails...without asking her to wash her hands first. My friends nails were done so wrong, uneven and not the right color. Instead of listening to our concerns, the owner went back and forth debating and blaming us for the mistake. We were shocked!!! We wanted to leave immediately and she just wanted to argue. We agreed to pay and GO but she felt empowered to just argue with us about why we were unhappy and why my friend did not like her nails. I wanted a full set and a pedicure. The pedicure was okay no complaints. But when I went to get the full set the lady didn't listen to what I wanted at all I asked if she could do the first picture(1) but with the same color of my toes. She ended up just doing the same color and leaving it plain and that would of been okay, but 2 of my nails are crooked, and the shaping was uneven. (I didn't notice till after I left) but while proceeding to check out I clicked no tip on the card (because I was tipping cash) and she smacked her lips and rolled her eyes, and waved her hand down while walking away and saying something to another lady. If I could give a 0 I would! My friend I had a girls day planned and wanted to enjoy getting our nails done. Immediately upon entering we were told that they don't do 3D nail designs nor do the of "sugar" designs for nails. Although this caught us of guard we decided to continue with the process. I wanted a taper square nail and I noticed that the nail shape was more coffin then anything which I didn't care for but decided to continue with the the process. The foundation of laying the acrylic I noticed there was minimal apex build and if you don't know that's actually what keeps you nails from braking off in a faster manner. However, the design (French tip, with polish versus the nail tips to creat a deep smile line) I noticed that my pinky nail design was crooked and all the others didn't have enough coats and looked really bad and super streaky. I respectfully told the "nail tech" that I wasn't satisfied and wanted her to take the polish off and redo it. In which she started filing it off while uttering in her language (I'm sure some nasty things...) and became really rough and at that point I just told her to cut them off. During the process of cutting my nails off she was snipping one end and pulling the other half in which I yet again respectfully told her to "be easy you're being too rough" she back up and got some one else to do it AND as I'm in the chair the lady is behind me and calls me "CRAZY" in which I had a complete problem with. The other nail techs had to take her to the back room because she became aggressive and I was in full defensive mode because I for one had my back to her and she was approaching me. All in all whoever this lady is she is really unprofessional and very aggressive and I do not recommend going here if your African American unless you want to catch a case. I will reporting this business to the appropriate sources to verify all licensing. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK ! read more

I asked for a polish change only for my toes I didn't want the entire service. The owner knew what I meant. Some woman in red that day came and told me that I said pedicure. I didn't. She began to argue and telling me to pay 10$. He charges my card for 15$ & the owner comes up to me and says it's 15$. I said no, that woman said ten. He told me she doesn't make decisions. Well why is she giving them? Talking about me in Vietnamese is disrespectful. I recorded the entire conversation. She was consistently harassing me. I'm the customer I came for a reason. To the nail man who did my toes, I'm sorry you are good and it's sad that she robbed you of my 30$-40$ tip. I have been in the industry and to only make money off of tips. Maybe random workers shouldn't be involved making decisions. Owner was angry I asked for my 5$ back. He didn't even want to give it to me. It's weird. I just want service get in and get out. Prices were fair but if you have Kim I would request another lady. She was very pushy and trying to get me to spend more money and even made a comment that my eyebrows looked like they needed to be done when I had them done literally not even 24 hours ago. She was also physically rough with my feet and toes and even made one of them bleed and burn and nearly burned my toe with how hot the towel was before asking if it was too hot. At the end she took our card from us and was using the pay kiosk herself and watched over our shoulder and was asking us for a tip. Place was very clean and even though I was 10 min late to my appointment it was a warm welcome. I wanted a certain design and I showed the receptionist and she said they have stickers... tht was disappointing since I wanted a certain design. As I sat there other people came in and showed the design they want on Their phone and the nail techs was more than happy to do it... the design I had wasnt that difficult I didnt think... but I got offered the sticker. I chose the sticker in the end because I just didnt have time and I didnt want some glob of a mess on my nail. What was also annoying is while I was getting a pedicure Kim looked up and asked if I wanted my eyebrows done... insinuating that I needed them done. I found this to be incredibly rude. I went in there at 240 and left at 5ish... so long!! I did choose a 50 minute pedicure that took 1.5 hours. My feet were as smooth as butter but Im saying though... an hour and a half!! Too long! My manicure took just as long and she started on them at the end of the pedicure. The overall price I think was expensive but if you treat yourself once in awhile then no prob but def not a monthly thing. It is a nice touch that they ask what you would like to drink and alcohol can be included. Im not sure if I will be returning since it took too long for everything. I will visit other salons in the area to make my final decision read more

Lucy was my nail tech this evening and when I entered she was very sweet and humorous but as the night went on she was very rough. From her filing to her application. Even holding my hands she was extremely rough. Though her hands were smaller than my own which may account for why she couldn't grip but she would push my hands , yank my hands etc... when I asked her about a nail that needed more acrylic she responded with a smug expression followed by "whhhhat" in a snappy tone. I was very upset and wanted to ask another nail tech to finish my set. By the time I paid and left my nails were not short like I requested nor were they square but rounded on the tip. She put a much larger nail on my nail bed which makes my set look big and bulky. I will be back this weekend or Monday and be demanding a full refund or another nail tech to remove this set and redo it. This was my third visit and was pissed off. She seemed in a rush. I suggest spending shorter hours at work but don't take it out on your customers. read more
