They've taken what felt like a personalized experience to help me with all of my dogs needs, even helped me pick the perfect food for my sensitive Poodle. Your dogs are allowed inside with you and they have treats for everybody! Their return policy is generous. This is truly the last pet shop with 100% attentiveness, care, knowledge, and personalized care. Every last employee here is great, though there is one that always stands out. This guy's name is Pedro, always a great interaction, get him to help you if you can.

We took our long haired wiener dog in for a haircut and thought all went well until the next day…read more As we pet him he would holler in pain . We suspected razor burn at first and there was some scabbing in his front arm pit but his pain was in his back leg. Vet said he had a pulled ligament! I called the owner and she said nothing unusual happened and he was a good boy but they were obviously too rough with him and we will never go back.
