Best seadoo dealer around. My girlfriend bought 2 sparks over the last 3 years and I just bought a gtr230. I wanted directions on my phone and saw they had 1 star and couldn't believe it. So I had to go out of my way to let people know that these guys are the best and you won't find better. Thanks guys! Great sales people and great service! read more

Brought boat back in because repair work was not done properly. They broke it while here, apologized and "took fill responsibility" then charged me $400 to fix it and said it was broken when I brought it in. Manager was abrasive and said I was lying. Stay away from these scumbags at all costs. Look them up, I'm not the only one complaining about their business practices. read more

DO NOT Buy...They LIE, then they try to cover it up. Used Waverunner advertised as 180hp, not! Less of a model and then no money off for a cheaper model, no help, no offer for their mistake. Waiting for my refund. No one knew what was going on. After all of that, continued to be RUDE and cancelled the deal with me AFTER I already made a down payment and had a verbal and sales agreement. Stay away...Far away! read more

A complete inept Seadoo dealer. Boat has been there since fall of '17, they installed a new engine. The boat has been back 5 times and still does not run properly. Jeff the service manager is sympathetic , but how many times does it have to be back for repairs. They have had the boat more this season than it has been in the water. They own a marina in Alex Bay, stories about them are the same at that location . Not a good place to go for service. read more

I drove over 2 hours to drop off a new SeaDoo, 5 hours on it. Took a whole day to pick it up - nothing was fixed. They (Jeff the service manager) promised to come and pick it up but then wouldn't after the owner "said no". Again dropped it off (another whole day off to do it). A week later, they told my wife to pick it up after hours, "the only one in the parking lot" they said. She did - it even had our nametag on the trailer. When she got home, I found it wasn't our boat. They refused to pick it up and had an arrest warrant filed. This was after their owner called me and cussed me out. ONE OF THE WORST BUSINESS DEALINGS I HAVE EVER HAD. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!! read more
