They indicated they had time and off to work they went and I went to their very nice waiting room. The young man that waited on me, was super friendly and very helpful. At one point I walked out of waiting room and there was a lady there and she asked if I needed any help and had been waited on. After I told her my truck was already in the back, she asked if I needed anything or If something was wrong. Very tentative and customer service oriented there. They got done with my truck. I paid and while at the register, I asked if my locks had been put back in glove compartment. They said they would check and before they could a young man came from back and said I forgot these and handed to me. I noticed a wet spot under my truck and mentioned it to the young man checking me out and he came outside and crawled under my truck looked and confirmed it was water and not from my truck. While there I asked how the balance on the tires went he went and check with the crew and said it went well. He was such a big help and friendly from the moment I walked into the business. My first experience here is outstanding, i will be returning for my next oil change. One last item, the waiting room is the best. Comfortable chairs and a coffee bar. Outstanding. All they need is recliner and you could have a nap while you waited. lol

I give him a "friendly" gesture and he flies past me as I'm going 65 and blows me and my girlfriend a kiss and mild yall we are minors. This is in no way a professional manner in any way. He should've apologized and so I called the company and tried to explain what happened and who the driver was in the truck and I even gave the lady who answered the make model of the vehicle on the back and all she had to say was she doesn't have any Mexicans working for her bc I told her the man's ethnicity and she got offended and said they only have Hispanics working for them when that's not what I was worried about in any way I called in to say their driver is driving irresponsibly with a customers vehicle on the back and then she flat out called me a racist I highly don't recommend this company for anything

My car was detailed, license plates were transferred from my other car, and everything was done to drive off the lot at 6:15. When I say this was my easiest car buying experience, I could not be more serious. I always try to do my homework before going, so I don't have to our time into extra process and negotiation I don't need or want. I worked with Fabian Canales as my salesperson.
