We were on our way to the airport IAH when the driver in front of us swerved. He did that because he was avoiding a large rock in the road. Unfortunately that left us no time to do the same, and we ran our front left tire over the rock. We knew that it was bad immediately, and within a few seconds the tire pressure gage read 15 pounds and was going down. We quickly got to the exit lane and got off the freeway. We went under the freeway and pulled into a parking lot just as the pressure read 3lbs. We decided to call First Tire and see what they could do. Basically they told us to come in and we'd figure it out. We ubered back to our house, and with the car keys for the stranded car we drove to First Tire. We told Axel what happened and where the car was and he told me that they'd figure it out and call me. By the time we got to the airport, they had driven over to the car, put on the spare and drove it back. They called me to let me know about tire choices and they completed the repair along with a needed alignment that day. We let the car stay with them till we returned. They charged me for the new tire and alignment. This is what customer service is about. Instead of being nervous and focused on our broken car during our vacation, we knew everything was fine. It's always been a pleasure doing business with First Tire, and this just reinforces that opinion.

I tested them out with something small but I couldn't do it myself. They not just tell fix the problem but they told me a cheaper solution (who does that?) After a few more time of fix my car. They put the wrong oil (5W20 instead of the required 0W20, which is stamped on my oil cap) into my car without asking. I immediately called my usual mechanic, who confirmed that using the wrong viscosity can damage my engine. The oil filter was changed at the same time, meaning it now contains the wrong oil and should be replaced again, but the shop refused to do so. To make matters worse, the owner (I assume) tried to grab my receipt and nervously laughed when I took a picture documenting the mistake. They even left my car running with the windows down after the error was "corrected," creating a safety risk. This shop is careless, disrespectful, and clearly assumes women customers don't know anything about their cars. Women are fully capable of reading manufacturer recommendations and recognizing when something isn't right. I will never return and strongly caution others. I now have to closely monitor my vehicle to ensure it was corrected properly. Willie claimed he was "trying to help," but disregarding manufacturer recommendations is completely unacceptable. For the safety of both your vehicle and your sanity, I strongly advise going somewhere else.
