This is an incident that recently happened to my wife and I that will give you an indication of First Tire's great customer service. We were on our way to the airport IAH when the driver in front of us swerved. He did that because he was avoiding a large rock in the road. Unfortunately that left us no time to do the same, and we ran our front left tire over the rock. We knew that it was bad immediately, and within a few seconds the tire pressure gage read 15 pounds and was going down. We quickly got to the exit lane and got off the freeway. We went under the freeway and pulled into a parking lot just as the pressure read 3lbs. We decided to call First Tire and see what they could do. Basically they told us to come in and we'd figure it out. We ubered back to our house, and with the car keys for the stranded car we drove to First Tire. We told Axel what happened and where the car was and he told me that they'd figure it out and call me. By the time we got to the airport, they had driven over to the car, put on the spare and drove it back. They called me to let me know about tire choices and they completed the repair along with a needed alignment that day. We let the car stay with them till we returned. They charged me for the new tire and alignment. This is what customer service is about. Instead of being nervous and focused on our broken car during our vacation, we knew everything was fine. It's always been a pleasure doing business with First Tire, and this just reinforces that opinion. read more

They are offering specials right now due to this new location. FT&A has a good track record in Sugarland, so is nice to see them come to our area. I have been coming hear since they opened about year ago David and Tommy are in the front office which by the way is spectacular if you have to wait for your vehicle to be serviced it's a great place for soccer moms and families to have to wait in there living hone like atmosphere!!!!They serve complementary water and coffee spotless , floor restrooms that are immaculate. If you are in need of car service, this is the place to go! I called this morning with an issue. I am a teacher and wasn't sure how I could get the car there. They picked it up from my school, sent me the diagnostic reports along with pictures. They also told what they recommended doing now, and what could wait. I called this place for car repairs. They agreed for the diagnosis. Charged me $300 for diagnosis and did absolutely NOTHING. Called me and said they are UNFIT to complete the repairs. I said I am out of town and will be back due to the travel restrictions and collect the vehicle. I just received a certified mail and a statement from towing company that the vehicle is being impounded and owe them $600. I NEVER got a notification from FIRST TIRE & AUTOMOTIVE about the impoundment. What a tragedy . For proof I am uploading the charges. He is an AXE. Please stay away . My hard earned money is being robbed and I am devastated. Enough said. Please DON'T do to any other customers.... Hopefully a location manager will contact me regarding my issue. read more

I have been coming here for I believe all of 2018. Mr. David is real class! Always takes care of me. He's the reason I stayed coming back. He is very knowledgeable and kind. The technicians also seem to know what they're doing and they're quick too! Most recently I had an alignment issue. I went to another shop only because I already had the 'lifetime' alignment at this one shop P#p b%@ys. Figured I'd save 89 bucks. Driving off the alignment was worse leaving the that one car shop than it was when I got there. And considering the Asian guy in charge had just told me that he personally test drove it and it was driving straight... honesty tho?... so I immediately decided to go back to First Tire and Auto and wondered the drive there from fry road to highland knolls where First Tire is at. I explained everything that had happened to mr David, he said he understood trying to save some money where it's possible and they have it a try with the alignment. Mr David explained what the car needed, which are adjustable upper control arms. Then to buy me some time, they tweaked the alignment just enough to almost fix it completely while I save up for the job. Once again, convincing me that going there is always the right choice! Made my second visit to First Tire and Auto today after I'd noticed some suspicious drips on the garage floor this morning. David took excellent care of me, checking for potential leaks and resetting my check tire pressure gauge after confirming the tires were all full. Thankfully, there didn't seem to be any leak, just a slightly loose valve which they tightened. When I went to pay, David told me to put my wallet away! Incredible customer service here. read more

I usually use this shop from 2019 and quite satisfied of their service. Change oil and regular maintenance is good. Once I aligned my wheel with replace 2 tires at this shop was a very satisfied with the result. until 2019, I willing to give a perfect score. However, early this year, I drop my car at this shop for 4 wheel alignment and oil change. When I got my car back and the first driving I feel uncomfortable, vibration on the highway speed, noise, pulling to light side when driving straight. The condition was far worse that alignment. Furthermore, they did not provided the wheel alignment report. I revisit the shop and report all the story what happened and what I feel. However, a young guy said "we did alignment as per the machine, and it is perfect. It is your tire, if you feel bad!!. I surprised, how he said like that!. I replaced my tire before 5 months ago whit the timing of the wheel alignment and condition was perfect until wheel alignment at this shop. I realigned my tires to keep a good conditions and they ruined everything, I worked 6 am to 7 pm and driving 100 miles a day. I feel an uneven wear my tire and I have no other way but realign 4 wheel at a reliable shop with huge cost. I will never visit this shop and will advice my neighbors to find more reliable shop. I've been getting my oil changed at a quickie place but they were recently bought out by "5 minute" and I was disappointed in their service so I wanted a new place.
