The guy had my laptop for 2 full days and never touched it to fix the mic. Seemed annoyed I even asked. Anyway, I had a few choice words for him, then didn't go back for a few months. I finally decided to go back and the new employee and owner fixed it for me for free within a day. No charge. Now that Zuhare is gone, it is a wonderful place again.
