The best cycle and auto repair in town. Very trustworthy and skilled. If you need work done, R & L Auto should be your first choice.

I needed a 5000k service, and thought I'd check it out. Troy treated my bike like it was his own, that to me was very important. Their 5000k service included everything from soup to nuts. In other words, more than any dealership. When I got the bill, I told Troy, I asked him if that was correct, as it seemed too low,...as I am an honest person and want to pay my fair share, he said that it was...sold...customer for life! Last winter I left my bike with Troy for another 5,000k service, to have the top end rebuilt, and to install a Ginz sissy bar with brackets and to have the brackets and fender supports powdercoated black. Quite a laundry list of things to do. When the bike was finished, it was mid winter, I told Troy that I wanted to ride it home, he said no problem, come and get it when you want to. There was one day in February when the weather was in the 50's. I told Troy that I wanted to come and pick it up, no problem. I thought that I would have to pay for storage at least while the bike was there, Troy said no. I was very pleased with the job that EVO did, and I could tell that Troy was too, as he told me how everyone in the shop enjoyed looking at the bike when it was finished. As a repeat customer, I want to say that I have been impressed with Troy and the quality service he and his staff at EVO Cycles provide in Derry, NH.

I immediately phoned Naults and began working with Matt in the service department and Jeff one of the top managers. Jeff himself told me they would reimburse me for the tow which never happened.... after 37 day they were able to finally pick up bike from my house & determine that it was due to a factory default in which the clutch plates/discs were broken, due to them originally being assembled incorrectly (therefore, they had to replace the clutch). Matt did the replacement under warranty on behalf of CF Moto . they told me I would have to make my way New Hampshire to retrieve my bike, but due to me being persistent on them delivering my bag back to me it finally delivered. Less than 2 weeks later while driving I find my bike stops working again due to the same exact problem. This time it took them longer to come pick my bike up from my house and on top of that they had my bike for over 6 weeks and we're hesitant to do repairs even though I was under warranty from CF Moto-Matt in the service department was communicative when I initiated, but the main manager, Jeff changed his tune and never returned my calls. it was discovered by Matt in the service department that when the clutch was replaced, the first time it was tightened too much which caused. the cable to constantly pull on the clutch release mechanism. (even when the driver's hand is off the lever)-, this prevents the clutch plates from fully pressing together & spin against each other and slip. even though they did take the bike out for the test drive after fixing it-they should've picked up on the fact that it was too tight. once again, hesitant to deliver my bike back I had to finally a week later make my way from Massachusetts up to New Hampshire to retrieve my bike myself. I happen to run into Jeff by walking by and he told me that nothing was ever wrong with the bike. It was just a simple adjustment with. Obviously, he was unaware that Matt the service technician had informed me of much more detail and I have paperwork to show everything. I've stated so far. I asked Matt about the reimbursement on the original toe and he started to stumble with his words and then I just disregarded anything that came out of his mouth after that because obviously. and a con artist. needless to say, I still have my fully paid for bike, which I only purchased.6 months ago and it's been driven under 1000 miles and is not working order. please be aware of this location and especially this manager because I would really be upset to hear anything like this happened to someone else.

The first bike was a brand new 2017 Kawasaki Versys X, but it was at their sister dealership in Arlington (Cycles128 doesn't sell Kawasaki). My salesman at the time was Billy, and he was able to have the bike transferred from Arlington to Beverly for me, and I hadn't even put a deposit down on it. yet. This was based on a phone call I had made while on vacation in Costa Rica. Convenient! The whole process was easy, painless, and very relaxed. There was never any pressure or upselling, and it never felt predatory as vehicle sales so often are. Fast forward to just under a year later, and I decided to upgrade to a Suzuki VStrom 650. This time I had the great pleasure of dealing with Ellen Petrilli and Rick Brandano. Yet another chill, great experience. I told them right up front what I was looking for, and with that knowledge, they showed me other alternatives to consider but never discouraging me from my original goal. Their inventory is incredibly vast and a virtual candy store, and I was glad for the other options that were shown to me. I had my heart set on the VStrom, so we got down to business. Worth noting was a little hiccup on Suzuki's part, as their manufacturer website claimed that there were certain accessories included with the bike that tuned out not to be. Not a concern because Rick and C128 were on the case and miraculously got Suzuki to make good on their claim. They didn't have to do that, because most dealerships would predictably claim their hands were tied and just shrug it off. But not these guys. They totally prevailed and saved the day. That I will never forget. The numbers part of the operation was handled by Brad, with whom I had worked with on my prior purchase as well. Another great asset to the company. I now half-expect people to yell "Norm!" when I walk into the place now because I dealt with a lot of people and they're just a warm bunch. Just awesome.

My experience with Middlesex Power Sports / Old Outboard Marina or what ever else Mario is calling himself now, was exactly the same as other reviews you will find on the web if not worse. Mario had my boat for no less than...wait for it...4 1/2 years (not months, years). During which time I stopped in many many times to check on its status. I had to stop in as Mario does not take or return calls. In fact most of the time you can't even leave a message as his message are full. Twice when I visited I found he had been evicted from his place and the boat along with most everything else was gone. Tracking him down to his new location was both time consuming and as anxiety packed as you can imagine. At one point he did have it finished (although not tested) and was delivering it too me only to have the back engine cover fly off on rt 495. Mario did not lock the cover down and it was caught by the wind and flew off. This was a truly rookie mistake that could have easily killed someone. This is a much longer story than I have time to write here but after all the pain, anguish and time, Mario ended stiffing me for $200....sigh. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BOAT HERE AND ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UP FRONT!

I read the other reviews and figured I'd give him a shot. Bad call. Don't make the same mistake.

The template pieces were all laid out, but that was it. Co-founder Luke had me read and sign all the releases first, and asked about my experience with welding etc. Being a Veteran myself, Luke as well, and the non-profit supporting Veterans and First Responders, he also made sure to ask me if loud noises or anything would bother me. Every step was explained and demonstrated before I was able to do it, and as nervous as I was at first, it quickly went away knowing he took my safety, the safety of others as well as their shop very seriously. Co-founder Ben also provided some muscle when I was unable to bend the metal myself. In just over 2 hours I had sanded, measured, re-measured, bent , hammered and welded together a really cool one of a kind 5-sided barn star. It was definitely something different to do and it was a really cool and fun experience. 5 stars !
