Our ducts were damaged by a skunk who had been living under the house several years back. Ron crawled through the entire area and came out with pictures and videos. He explained what needed to be replaced and repaired and an estimate of how long it would take. He gave me a quote on the spot and forwarded me all the videos and pictures. I thought the quote was reasonable and scheduled him to come back the following week. He and one of his guys arrived on time (9am) and completed the work by 11:15a. He replaced 2 duct runs and repaired a third. He hauled away all the damaged ducts and cleaned up the area when he left. All in all, everything went smoothly.
