Once again WRONG. Now I'm annoyed, got them on the phone, and I never once heard an apology. It was met with snarky answers and the resolution offered was that they would throw in a couple pairs but I would need to come back to pick it up in a few days. I am not taking off work to pick up something that was supposed to be in my possession 3 weeks ago. He told me "can't your husband do it again?" I explained to him how we shouldn't be relying on my husband to fix THEIR MISTAKE. He ended saying he will just ship them to my house. I am disappointed with their declining service.
