When my wife replied lab grown, the owner scoffed and exclaimed that a lab grown diamond is not a real diamond... The dismissive attitude was completely unprofessional. It came across as someone who is bitter that lab-grown diamonds have disrupted the natural diamond business, rather than someone focused on serving customers. Whether someone chooses a natural or lab-grown diamond is a personal financial decision, and no customer should be talked down to because of it. If you're going to judge customers based on what they purchased instead of providing respectful service, don't expect any business.

They also have a good selection of men's rings. They cleaned my ring and took links out of my watch in a timely manner. I had a few other errands to run nearby, so I walked to those places and by the time I got back it was all done - about 20 minutes is when I returned.
