I woke up today with red, painful inflamed cuticles that I now have in bandages because I'm worried they're infected. I was there for three hours and she forced me to pay cash, judging by the reviews I'd say it's because they regularly get people coming back for refunds. Worst manicure ever. I got my mani and pedi done with a basic French tip that took over 2 hours. A day later 2 nails had chipped off. By day 3 I went to have then redo them and the manager only wanted to do the 3 chipped nails, all my nails needed to be redone due the poor quality. The worst part of this is when she was redoing my nails she went to test the water of a client who was getting his feet done and then she walked to me without properly washing her hands. Hello! You put your hands in someone's feet water and then wanted to proceed onto my hands without proper sanitation. I got up and left. Fuck that. You're cutting my cuticles and possibly creating an open wound and then you want to touch me with stranger's feet water! Barf!! Left you all a pictures of my nails rn because now they're half asked. I got a pedicure done here about 4 months ago and my big toe nail hasn't grown!!!!! She asked me if I wanted my nails cut short and I said yes, when she was done cutting I looked down and saw she cut them extremely short I had never seen my nails like that. Just finished my Gel Manicure ( Groupon ) and a regular pedicure (paid cash). 1. The new girl chopped at my cuticles like she was chopping grass, my middle finger cut so brutally it was bleeding! 2. The new girl kept messing up the gel and just covering over them I had to remind her that one only had one coat. 3. The price of the pedicure increased for Groupon customers ! So owner Andrea list Groupons all the time... yet she treats Groupon customers like second class citizens! 4. After service she whispers the price of pedicure has gone up from $25 to $28.00. When I tell her she needs to inform customers . She replies "No it does not matter " That's when I realize it's just for me because I am using Groupon. Lastly, the owner practically strong armed a male customer to leave a positive review before he left the shop! He had to show her before he left. This is not uncommon it is her Mode of Operandi. The best manicurist that ever graced this spot was Monica and she is now gone again. The place has absolutely no idea what is customer service and it is a service business. She will also lie and tell you the owner makes her do this or that when she is the owner. Do not get your nails done here. There is only 1 worker and she messed up my gel nails , she tried to play it off by saying they looked so cute. Nope after i told her that my nails looked so lumpy and ugly she tried to fix it by buffing them and adding a brand new gel polish over the lumpy gel polish. She explained to me how this other color was brand new that i was the first one to use. At the end she took pictures of my nails because they where so beautiful for her wow i cant believe this happened to me. Beware**** This place has no customer service brought my wife and they did an up sell to gel set mani pedi, the very next day a few nails broke, she called and let them know the situation and the lady said to go back and she will fix at this point my wife was dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality of the nails they put so the lady did a half as5 job with glue on all of my wife's fingers and nails where poorly put on.
