You're better off doing your nails at home, or taking money elsewhere and pay slightly more for an experience you deserve. Normally I am very empathetic and reasonable. But this place is killing the better parts of me. Writing this after this place ruined my mother's pedicure experience in LA. 1) Staff performing pedicures lack skill. They failed to properly file toe nails, and botched painting the right color. 2) They lack accountability. After noticing the craftsmanship was below par, I asked them to stop and just remove the paint. I thanked them and reasonably offered to pay half the price ($20) but they ended up charging a $10 removal fee AND the full price ($40). 3) The entitlement is insane. How are you charging a customer the full service price and a removal fee after you messed up? Make it make sense 4) They are not transparent. I had no cash on hand so I offered to pay via credit card. NO WHERE in the entire store or outside prior to walking in did they say cash only. It's obvious the Lady was trying to prevent unhappy customers from disputing credit card transactions they forced and overcharged for. 5) They are racists. The nail tech ladies kept saying the owner is Korean. As a way to sympathetically gaslight me into paying an overcharged price for an under delivered service. Like really? How's that even remotely related with the issue on hand? Coming here felt like bargaining with illegally hired employees that were poached by negligent owners. read more

It's not a luxurious salon, but Andrea and her team get the job done. DO NOT COME HERE!! The owner Kim did my nails yesterday(my usual place was booked for the morning and my nails were on their last legs). I came in with beautiful healthy nails that I take very good care of for a gel x fill and left with the WORST set I've ever seen in my life. So so thick & lumpy, multiple fingers completely off center and my index finger had a chunk missing!! I woke up today with red, painful inflamed cuticles that I now have in bandages because I'm worried they're infected. I was there for three hours and she forced me to pay cash, judging by the reviews I'd say it's because they regularly get people coming back for refunds. I had to have my regular nail lady cut them off today and wasted an extra $120. read more

The salon is clean, massage chairs work and I really enjoyed the foot scrub that was included. Worst manicure ever. I got my mani and pedi done with a basic French tip that took over 2 hours. A day later 2 nails had chipped off. By day 3 I went to have then redo them and the manager only wanted to do the 3 chipped nails, all my nails needed to be redone due the poor quality. The worst part of this is when she was redoing my nails she went to test the water of a client who was getting his feet done and then she walked to me without properly washing her hands. Hello! You put your hands in someone's feet water and then wanted to proceed onto my hands without proper sanitation. I got up and left. Fuck that. I got a pedicure done here about 4 months ago and my big toe nail hasn't grown!!!!! She asked me if I wanted my nails cut short and I said yes, when she was done cutting I looked down and saw she cut them extremely short I had never seen my nails like that. I was pretty upset because it just looked WEIRD. I got over it because I thought "they'll grow back, it's fine I guess." Girl my toe nails aren't growing and my feet look so ugly idk what to do.
