Very nice ladies here! They frequently offer deals on Groupon/Living Social so be on the lookout. But their regular prices are reasonable. Super friendly. Fast. We did not even make it into THIS establishment due to conflict seen and heard from this place. Seems like tension was high viewing through the window... lots of hand waving, head shaking, customers arguing with THE owner. Nail salon is suppose to be a place where u can relax and get pampered so we just turned around and didn't feel like our nails will get the appropriate attention nor our nerves. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! If I could give 0 stars, I would with this place! I wished I had read the reviews, first. If you have naturally long nails and are trying to maintain the length, this is NOT the place for you. I got one design on each hand (2:00 pm) and the next morning the stones fell off the nail. The following day, the nail design on the other hand fell apart. Day three my nails started to break BELOW the middle of the nail bed. I went back to tell the older woman who did my nails and for her to remove stones and correct what she had done. She said I wanted too much with nail polish. My response was, "As if to protect my nails from breaking?" I had to DEBATE with her to return the money for the designed nails b/c they did not last and she said, "No!" I then explained to her I tipped her and the woman who did my pedicure, "Well, then give me my tip back b/c this was 'faulty' work, I said. If you know about the tea bag trick, 7 out of 10 nails, I have had to place a piece of tea bag secured with super glue with the ATTEMPT to preserve my nails until they can grow, again! I never in my entire life left a negative review and I chose this place as it had good reviews online and is close to my house-little did I know I left in tears and will never come back with ruined nails . I made appointment via phone and arrived, showed the lady my set-almond shaped nails with silver moon and white French tips, needed infill only. She said she can easily do it but after 10 minutes being there I realised this manicurist doesn't know how to do nails at all. Very slow, (someone actually arrived and asked for appointment and showed up later just the other member of stuff didn't and this girl left-so not the best sign either). After an hour (yes) I asked if we are still doing the nails- still the same infill, just infilling the nails and I also had photos, only to receive wonky nail art, 7 lawyers of gel, lady even cut me and I started to bleed. After 2nd hour (yes!) I asked again what's going on. I wanted to leave. 3 hours at this unprofessional place, I left with the worst nail job, covered in gel and nail vanish, having my finger cut and nails looking like I did it myself or worse. 5 bucks discount offered. I been having my nails done 11 years and this was the worst experience in the world and I will never come back. The worst nail place in the world. PS: it's my birthday on Friday and you completely ruined my hands and took 65 dollars for this 3 hours experience. Shame on you! Avoid at all costs! read more

So we went to this place on a Saturday afternoon after we purchased 2 Groupon's. My friend had called earlier that morning to ask if she can make an appt. The woman was pretty rude and told her they could only take one of us and that they were really busy. She pretty much yelled at my friend and asked if she wanted the appt or not. My friend being the nice person that she is, offered to let me take the slot. About an hour later I called and asked if they had any openings for 2 mani pedi's and oddly enough NOW they had availability. We show up to the shop and its pretty empty. Naturally, We're annoyed because we called in the morning and they told us we couldn't both get an appt. We shake it off and pick our colors (they charge an extra $2 for certain polish brands which I've never seen before at any other nail shop!) and have a seat. They did a pretty good job with the both of us and really took their time. I am so upset bc I've been here before with a Groupon and I came back because I liked the service and the hot stones. First they had me waiting for a long time even though I called to make an appointment beforehand. Once I was getting the pedi it'll and acrylic nails was nice. Until someone else showed up, then there's two people and two workers. They RUSHED my pedi, no scrub, no lotion, no stones, not even the top coat for them to move on. The lady doing my nails filed my actual nail bed twice, the nails are uneven. She didn't even let me go to the bathroom to rinse. She made me stretch to the foot tub to rinse my hands there. It was nice attention to service until other people showed up. I'm not coming back there. It was such an awful feeling seeing how they rushed all of my things to get to their people and in top of that they took about 2.5 hours to finish. read more
