I booked an appointment here for 2:00 PM and ended up waiting 40 minutes without being seen. The only update I got was "I'll be with you soon," but no one gave me a realistic timeframe or showed any respect for my time. Eventually, I decided to leave because it was clear I wasn't going to be helped anytime soon. If you value punctuality, professionalism, and basic customer service, stay away from this salon. My friend and I bought a Groupon for pedicures (recently). Called to make an appointment and they say they no longer accept Groupons but clearly not been accepting Groupons since at least mid 2025 based on prior reviews. So this is an issue they need to address to no longer advertise Groupons, if so, or at least be respectful when people call regarding Groupons if knowing this is an ongoing issue. UNPROFESSIONAL. BAD NAILS. RUDE. OVERALL one of the WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. All of my nails broke off that night, I got them done. but that's not even the worst part: - they changed my app. twice that day. - 3pm app. didn't start me till 4:25pm - kept burning me the entire time they were shaping my nails. -shamed me for having acrylics the whole app. when I told them in the morning that I had needed a fill. and they said it was ok . - "they don't do extensions or fills, because it stinks up their salon" - told me I had to write a positive review before I left. - 4.5 hours in salon, With only hands done. -told me to come back the next day to get my feet done/never did it. -I stupidly paid in full, and now they will not refund my money. I've Called several times. I was extremely patient and nice, because I was trying to support a small business. As a cosmetologist myself, I would never treat a customer this way , and can post the text messages to prove it, very bad service. The girls might seem really sweet, but they're unprofessional and unexperienced and I hope that they can get it together because the salon is beautiful. I live down the street from here and decided to give Nails Flor Amor a try between apts. Flor is did such a wonderful job on my pedicure and has SUCH attention to detail. The salon was not crowded at all and was very clean. Spa like atmosphere as well. I would highly recommend coming here, this salon deserves a better rating. 5/5 read more

They are unresponsive and unprofessional. I booked an appointment with them through Groupon - they cancelled my appointment without an explanation. I called them and left a message - I then text them without a response- I called again/ they hung up on me- do not go here or buy from Groupon because they will not respond to you and are totally unprofessional- luckily -Groupon was able to refund my money- btw- this place is a one- man show - cause I tried to book for my daughter and myself at the same time but they said they can only book one slot at one time- and not two for the same time. I really didn't want to leave a poor review and have been going back and forth about this, but since I personally rely on reviews, I felt that I had to share my experience. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because Flor was very nice, but the mani was sloppy. Uneven nail length, uneven coats, over painted nails, and cuticles messy. Pictures are a bit hard to read due to the chrome which was added to save/cover up the job. I was supposed to get a pedi as well, which was (understandably) canceled due to personal reasons by Flor. However, I am glad, since I will have to redo my nails before work on Monday. Unfortunately, I wouldn't go back. The vibes and atmosphere were nice, but the job was not well done. read more

My daughter and I had a Groupon for a pedicure today with Nails by Floramor. We booked the appointment online as required and mentioned that we would be using a Groupon in the notes as asked. We were sent reminders about the appointments which was nice, however after driving 45 minutes to get there we were told that they are no longer accepting Groupons. I could have accepted that they are no longer accepting Groupons but what got me is that I mentioned that we were using a Groupon in the note section when I booked the appointment. As I mentioned earlier we were sent reminders about the appointment, I just wished that they could have informed me when I intially made the appointment days ago that they were no longer accepting Groupons. When asked about making a consideration for my drive and time, I was waved off like nothing and told me that she could not refund me and I would need to contact Groupon to get my money. read more

I didn't want to write this review but I have to. Don't be fooled by how nice this place looks. I have to say it's the opposite from it. I have been with my nail tech for 8+ years and unfortunately she was not available and I really wanted to get my manicure for my cousins wedding. I had driven by this place a few times and it had caught my attention. When I walked in asked for a manicure. There was only one girl working there. She was finishing a lash lift. She was very kind and friendly. I waited about 10 min which was not bad but the reason was because there were no people. I asked to use the restroom before sitting down. There was no hand soap and only a hand lotion. The sitting place to get a mani is uncomfortable the nail tech girl was standing/ laying on the table doing my nails. She didn't not wash my nails she explained why but I didn't understand. When she brought the nail tools out they looked used which freaked me out. The nail clippers etc were open and the nail filer seemed used and dirty. At first I thought it was gray. However, as I started to kinda panic I noticed a lot of the items were not sanitized. The girl who was doing my nails was nice and kept a good convo. She expressed she's been doing nails for 6 years and that many celebrities go to that place. That quiet didn't add up to me due to the quality of work. They only had 8 nail polish available. The mani was $45 which was absolutely not worth it. My nails are uneven, the girl would ask me if she put clear coat or not she didn't remember . She expressed their items are vegan which I doubt it. The fact that my husband commented on my nails I knew they were bad lol he said, "did our toddler paint your nails" Based on their "nail" experience it was not it. DO NOT GO HERE this was the worst gelx manicure i've ever gotten. they just opened so they only have 20 colors - no nudes or light colors the lady was nice but she took 3 HOURS to do my nails She wouldn't cut the gelx until AFTER she put the nail polish on and when she did put polish on, she told me to cure it ONE AT A TIME even though they had a lamp that cures all of them at once. 6 of my nail beds are CUT see photos, there is a huge piece of bonding gel under my nail and they still charged me $65. I had to file my own nails because when i told her almond they were shaped oddly. she also didn't press down so the nail did not fit all the way, had to redo 3 of them. Update: Management has not contacted me back or apologized. i HIGHLY discourage you from going to this salon. read more

Quite honestly the worst nails I have ever gotten. November 2nd 2024. Multiple things to say. First off, I went in with 2 of my friends to get our nails done. I booked for 3 people so I know they knew how many people were coming in. We get there and it is one lady. Only one. She even said during our appointment "good thing you ladies don't have anything to do today" (we did). fast forward... She ends up doing all of our nails with the same tools (verry unsanitary!) and then cuts my friends finger (it didn't stop bleeding for an hour and a half) and blames it on her. (WHAATT??) she completely tires to talk me out of getting the color I wanted (black) and said black finger nails makes you look "dirty." I was very upset. There were a lot more things that were said that really made me uncomfortable. such as saying to us (3 young college girls) that we have to be okay with "never getting asked out and being single forever". ANYWAYS! Moving on to what happened after. we left the salon at around 6 (3pm appointment). about 3 hours after my nails were done, some of them started wrinkling. i have never seen this before, and it just kept progressively getting worse. by this morning my thumbnail peeling and OOZING!!! there was still wet polish underneath!!! since I am a makeup student and was working on someone's face i had to put gloves on. when i took them off... the gel was just off, and there was goo all over my finger.
