Just moved here fr Oregon, living in Maricopa.. The drive is beautiful, unfortunately full of bugs. Signed up for a ton of car wash places but the bugs just remained on windshield and Suburban. Found these guys about 3mons ago, very very happy! Burban is always clean after the wash! The ENTIRE vehicle, I'm extremely content and pleased! I had a terrible experience here and will not be coming back. As soon as I pulled into the vacuum area, I was immediately approached and questioned about why I hadn't gotten a car wash yet. I normally use another location from the same company, where using the vacuums has never been an issue, so I was surprised by how I was treated. It felt more like I was being confronted than helped, and it started my visit off on a really negative note. After that, I decided to purchase a car wash anyway. When I got to the conveyor belt, the employee was on her phone instead of paying attention. I was not guided onto the conveyor correctly, and during the wash my rim was chipped. I'm extremely dissatisfied because this damage could have been avoided if more attention had been been paid while loading my vehicle. Between the poor customer service and the damage to my vehicle, this was by far the worst experience I've had at a car wash. I expected much better, especially from a company with multiple locations. I won't be returning, and I hope management takes customer service and employee attentiveness more seriously read more

This car wash is below average. They offer monthly wash passes, which are a good deal. However, they raised the price of their wash pass without communicating it in any way--all I saw was a higher charge on my credit card. There also was no way to talk to someone about the issue via phone as they only have an online submission, and they didn't actually address my concern when I submitted a ticket. That being said, the car wash gets the car clean enough, but I won't be renewing my pass because of the poor customer service. read more

I went for the first time and online they had a free car wash deal! So it was free which was nice and they give you a little pack that had a dash wipe, glass wipe, and car freshener in it! All of those things were nice, only critique is that I did have to scrub a few spots after the wash but I feel that would be most places. At the vacuum station they had ready to use slightly wet wipes so that was helpful. Overall good experience and fast! read more

I asked the guy specifically if he got the marks of the inside of the window he said absolutely yes the problem is the way this car wash is situated. You can't see a thing until you drive away and when you drive away, you see everything including all the marks you asked if they were gone. This car wash is ridiculously expensive $28 is a luxury for most people including me. That is the lowest rate. When I drove up, he looked at his watch like I was annoying him so that really irritated me the very first thing . I should've driven away at that point . You do everything other than at the end you drive to a stall and they're supposed to clean the inside of the car but they don't do it well. I'm sorry, but some people are thorough and some people just are not. I will not be back. And this is why I cleaned my car myself. It is just ridiculous. The team at this car wash are amazing! They always take a moment to say hi and ask if I need anything. It's because of them I bought an unlimited package for a monthly fee. They do their job well! On a side note: I still wish they had not taken the tire mirror down when Raceway bought this location. read more

Terrible Car Wash! They have a small sign that you are supposed to read as you make the SHARP turn into the entrance of the wash tunnel that they claim that this sign indemnifies them from any damage they do to your car, if you can't prove the factory installed your items!!! (see photo) Horrible place, horrible owners, and definitely horrible management. We were there just before five PM on a Saturday evening and took my truck through their wash. The tire brushes that clean the tires as you drive through sheared off my tires valve stem and as my truck was exiting, my tire pressure indicator was going off and my tire was flat by the time I fully exited the tunnel. When we identified the issue, they came out and said, oh yea, that has happened three times in the past month, but they claim it was not their fault and they don't warn people that this has happened before so recently. If there was a clear sing about the previous damage and a warning about this, I would have avoided this place especially if I had known they will damage your car and not do anything to repair your vehicle, THEY DID NOT EVEN OFFER TO CHANGE THE TIRE!! We had to wait for AAA to come out and change the flat tire. This franchise is horrible and should be avoided at all costs. And bottom line the truck was still dirty, floorboards were missed, vacuuming missed dirt and sand, truck bed full of debris. The hours were open until6PM, but they closed the car wash early, not sure why, but tons of cars were still trying to come in and had to turn around in a narrow ramp area to get back out because they closed. Even if you have to pay more, it is better and SAFER for you and your car if you avoid this franchise. Remember, THEY DID NOT EVEN OFFER TO CHANGE THE TIRE!! read more

Thought I was paying $22 a month for unlimited drive through car washes. Second and 3rd month I noticed $35 was coming out of my checking account. I've been on their website 2 or 3 times trying to find out what I get for $35. Can't seem to figure it out. That makes 3 months I've been paying for car washes and I've only used it twice. I told them I'm canceling so I'm not expecting to see any money taken out of my account in September. If a penny comes out The whole valley is going to know about it. The first wash was free when I signed up for the $22 a month, When I got out into the sun I could not believe what the inside of my windshield looks like. It looked like some kid wiped the inside with a filthy rag that his dog had been sleeping on. All smeared. I will never ever again sign up for a month at a time. read more

Not a bad car wash. Friendly and attentive staff. Only issue is and a big one is that I run a business where sometimes cars have to be washed last minute and this place doesn't follow their own hours. I've gone many times during "open" hours and it's closed. Id go somewhere else if this location wasn't so convenient. read more

Last winter I paid for two 1 month supply of car washes at 2 separate locations... One in Reno Nevada and 1 in Sparks Nevada. I use them only during the winter months, because I wash my own cars in the summer. Well after missing the automatic payments of $19.95 x2 per month that this company was taking from me automatically from my credit card (without my consent for many months) I reached out to them (Recording) and told them that I was paying for something that I wasn't using. About a week later i received a voicemail from their office saying sorry and that they stopped the auto pay and that they cannot compensate for the many months of free money that they were receiving from me without my consent. If anything, they could have made up for it by letting me use the carwashes this winter! Note - I never agreed to carwashes over 1 month! Bad business - wouldn't recommend a business that steals from their customers! read more

Just paid for their most expensive full-service car wash and it was a joke. Rims only spot cleaned, grill/mirrors is still full of bugs, dirt and grime still on the truck, carpet still has stuff all over it. See the pics and you will see. I am not expecting a full detail, but at least to what you say you are going to do when you upsell me. read more

Took my car here and signed up for the monthly membership, Adam, The attendant was great and I left my car there to get the full detail service done. I left it there for no more than 40-45 minutes as I live about 5 mins away. I come to pick up my car, the dude with tattoos had a big loud dirty mouth on him and started talking a bunch of crap about me leaving my car. Look dude, If you're mad you're washing cars all day, Quit. Save the big nasty attitude for after work. And next time, Instead of putting your energy into fighting with someone, Put it into scrubbing my rims a little harder next time. Thank you, And thank you adam for being very kind! I brought my very dirty, 15-year-old bucket seat in for cleaning. They did a GREAT job; it looks like new! I be happier!

DO NOT GO HERE! I paid for the $15 wash after they had wiped it dry I go to look at the car and even tipped the guy. My car was scratched down both sides and my hood is chipping paint all over. I asked to speak with a manager; waited 30 minutes for no one to come talk to me and I had to leave so I didn't even get to speak with anyone. AND my car isn't even clean there's still bug guts all over the front of my vehicle. Waste of money read more

Sad to see that this location turned into another Raceway Ripoff.... This was always my go to quick car wash. Not anymore. This company has ripped me off for over 50 dollars when they stated I wanted a hand wax, which I didn't, and then never even hand waxed it! This was the large Tempe location off Priest . You now have to wait for an employee to take your money, 6 bucks for a quick wash, used to be 3.... Employees were friendly and kind, but I refuse to continue to give money to a company that steals. At the end of the car wash there is a drying station with two guys waiting and I pulled up to see if this was included and the guy was extremely rude. I asked if this was included I was planning on tipping and his answer was how much did you pay today and we usually don't do this but.. I didn't even let him finish. I got the basic $7 wash and it was exactly what I paid for. Someone greets you as you pay and directs you to the tunnel, similar to every other car wash, put it in neutral and let the tunnel do its work. Very solid clean, no wash spots. They even dry off your car personally with a towel as you leave the tunnel. read more
