We had about 55 guests and there was plenty of room for the dance floor, DJ, Photo Booth, cake table and buffet. Also a shoutout to the wait staff who were very friendly and attentive. Only downside, which is not the facility's fault is the metered parking. Our tech savvy guests updated their time via an app but some of the older guests had to continue to go to the parking lot to add more time. Our DJ did a good job of reminding the guests to do so. I appreciate you taking the time to respond, but your reply comes across as dismissive rather than addressing the real issue. The problem isn't a misunderstanding of your business model--it's the lack of clarity and customer service at the event. If you advertise an "all-you-can-eat" taco bar for a set time, guests reasonably expect food to be available throughout that period, not just until you decide to stop serving. Additionally, the way you've framed your response--blaming the customer for leaving a review rather than taking constructive feedback--only reinforces the frustration. Instead of assuming we didn't read your policies, perhaps consider whether your policies were communicated effectively in advance and during the event. At the end of the day, customer satisfaction should matter more than simply justifying how your business operates. Based on this experience and your response, I wouldn't recommend your services!!!
