When my car still wouldn't start, he invited me in to keep warm and comfortable while I wait things out. The team must've been aware of my failed jump, because as soon as I walked it, I was welcomed with a warm hello from the team. Warren especially was kind, we offered me a hot cup of coffee, a comfortable couch and ESPN on the TV. I felt like I was keep warm in a logged cabin while I waited for my husband to come my car rescue. Stuart and team were generous with their space. Needless to say, this shop will go above and beyond for you. I will be shopping at High Country Outfitters for all future gifts for my husband- they have all his favorite brands and out of this word customer service!

He never made eye contact, so I'm not even sure if he was actually talking to us. He made a beeline for the register, picked up his phone, and never said another word. I'm not sure how they are still in business, but I can guarantee that they do not care about helping you find anything or even sell you anything. I placed an online order for an Arc'teryx Men's Cerium Vest. My order was received, processed and shipped within a day. When the package arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find my new vest neatly folded and placed in tissue paper in its shipping box, not wadded up in some plastic bag in typical Amazon fashion. As an additional "white glove" touch, they included a nice , hand-signed (by "Bill") Thank You card expression their appreciation for my order. They even included a High Country sticker just to be nice and maybe for a little free advertising :-) I know... I know... it's not like they came over and washed my car, but it's the thought that counts. They have sales on their items very often and you might walk in one day and see a great sale on some things you you really like. Their best sales are usually around the holidays or during the season change since they're trying to get ready for the next season. They can be a little pricey but some of the items are worth it especially if you really need it and can't find it anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their was a gentleman that worked in the shoe department had great customer service. He checked on me a few times to make sure everything was ok and if needed any help with a shoe. They're located off 285 not too far from the exit. Their in a shopping plaza near Sprouts & Ross. Not too hard to miss, very noticeable.

I took them back to Dicks and they refused to do anything about it because the shoes had been worn. They were rude and dismissive-- the clerk and the manager on duty at the time. They wouldn't even look for the mates of each shoe which more than likely were in a box in the back to be sold to someone else as a pair.
