Did not catch the person who answered the phones name but before I could finish my question they advised me that they did not have the shoe. I explained that is fine but there was a store that I did know had the shoe and if they could just do a store transfer. The rep stated no we do not do that which I knew was not true since other SP stores advised they did. Which I told the rep he then stated that we do not do it unless its in our district (which means you do do it). I then asked can you check to see if its in your district then ? No hesitation its not in my district... I then asked to speak with the manager and this person was the manager then asked to speak with some one else they refused. I have the store where the shoe is information along with there item code to ust call and have them shipped to me which I received from a much more helpful store associate at another SP. I will go ahead and call them and order the shoe myself and pay for shipping to avoid having to spend any money at this store in the Irving Mall.

They also have some accessories, like socks/tights/leggings and bags/purses. I've always found the staff to be very friendly but maybe a little scarce on the floor. The store had brand new clothes that were at least 50-60% off of the original tag. Some of the items were still more expensive than I thought it should be given the dated look and style. For example, a 2024 "Mr. And Mrs." Wine glasses were still like $10! If you gave me that for $1, I wouldn't even want it. There was a huge selection of men's, women's and children's clothing. I grabbed the same dress in another size to show the cashier, just to see if they could offer a small discount. The cashier called over a manager, who quickly shut it down and said they couldn't do any further markdowns. Fair enough..... I wasn't totally sold on the dress anyway. But then it got weird. The manager told me they couldn't sell it at all because it was missing a part. I was stunned. I wasn't asking for anything wild, and I was buying other items too... I was definitely not trying to be difficult. As someone who also works in retail, the whole interaction felt unnecessarily rigid and like a strange power move. Disappointing first visit.
