If you call they will flatly tell you that you will get an email when your order is ready for pickup. I need this order for a friend's birthday that was 3 days from when I ordered the item. When I asked would my order be filled by then they were dubious. I ended up going into the store pretending to be an in store customer and basically pulled my own order. I asked to see the shoes in the size that I ordered online. Someone went to grab them for me and put them up front. I went up to the register and showed them my online order. I asked that they pull the order in the system now since I have the shoes in hand. They did. If I hadn't have done that there is no telling when they would have gotten around to pulling the order. There is another reviewer on here who ordered something online for store pickup and ten days later they STILL had not pulled the order. Stay away from this place. I do not recommend it.

My shoe size changes shoe to shoe and day to day it seems, so being able to try shoes on in-person is a necessity. The sheer number of shoes in the store is great! There are hundreds of options from huge brands and lesser-known designers. I would always recommend looking in the clearance section, too. The clearance section has a ton of great options for a discounted price (they even have some big brands back there sometimes). On my most recent trip I saw Crocs, TEVA sandals, Steve Madden, Betsy Johnson, and Birkenstocks in the clearance section! Whether you're looking for a casual shoe or a more formal option, DSW has you covered. I walked away with new tennis shoes and a pair of heels. If you're going on vacation soon, I noticed a ton of fun sandal and heel options! You can really shoe shop till you drop at DSW! The reason DSW loses a star, for me, is because of the checkout process. There always seems to be only one cashier when I'm there and it makes the line move pretty slowly. I wasn't in a rush so it was no big deal, but it has been frustrating in the past (especially when there's another associate nearby doing ... something else I guess). DSW has been our favourite shoe store for a long time. They have good deals on a lot of different shoes and this one in particular is huge and excellent in many regards. We come here whenever we can to look for the odd discount pair or something that we may not have seen in other stores. They are similar to the one in Pearland they will always be a regular destination for us and the staff here is nice as well. I've been to some DSW locations that were very dissatisfactory, but this one is one of the best.

However, the sales associates happily helped me search for it until we finally gave up. I then started looking for a large black bow tie, but they didn't have that either. The assortment of apparel on the men's side is good, but I wish they carried a couple more items. The service is great tho. Everyone from the sales associates to the cashiers were friendly and helpful. I ended up buying some socks and underwear which were at a great price. I saved about 30-40% of the original cost of the items. I'll come back again in the future when I have the time to really sort through the stacks.

This month, I am gonna score big with the 10th Anniversary promotion to earn bonus points by answering surveys. So... More points to redeem during the long weekend. I learned shop smarter online for shoes from Skechers during the CoVid pandemic. I used to spend hours to try shoe after shoe. After knowing the names of those trademarked features, all I do is to glance through the store by taking photos of attractive and functional shoes with the box. Then, I go home and match the feature terms from my wish list. Finally, come back to try them and make the purchase. Here is my list to save time at Skechers: - Goga Mat insole is far better than Air Cooled Memory Foam. - Arch Fit Insoles from 2020 made hard outsole shoes comfortable. - Max Cushioning has thicker outsole and better balance for active wear. That's the feature I like after I followed Step-ups for years. - Goodyear Performance outsole is made with recycled tires, very tough and feels like I am wearing tires. - Hyper Burst midsole acts like spring when you walk, perfect match with Goodyear outsole. - Massage Fit is the newest midsole in 2022. It has lots of cushion on the heel but not around tow box. - Ultra Go is a premium lightweight midsole. It makes Max Cushioning top of the line. - Glide-Step is a midsole from 2019. They usually go with Goodyear outsole and memory insole. - Skech-air has a bubble on the outer heel. Looks good but not functional. - Skech-knit is the shoe upper and looks like sweater. - Stretch Fit Slip-on works like a sock. It is one continuous piece on the lip. Laces became a decoration with these loose-fitting shoes. Not sure if inflation has to do with shrinking shoe size. I always wear size 11. But now, I found size 9.5 fits perfectly.

The employee didn't care & the manager was no where to be seen after the incident. I am surprised no legal action was taken, I bet that would happen soon. Stay away from this store the employees nor management do not care about customer health or safety.
